Qlik Sense simplifies our data preparation. Qlik Sense's cognitive and machine learning features accelerated data preparation. It speeds up data preparation and dashboard creation. The raw database data is in text format. The engine determines what's in each column automatically.

Qlik Sense gives us the possibility of analyzing the result of each applied algorithm with different graphs; users could understand if the trend is as expected and if there is any correlation between different dimensions. Are the product assortment and the size numbers related?

Various cognitive and machine learning features of Qlik Sense, helped our organization automate data preparation, and create dashboards in a faster way. Qlik Sense also applied natural language analytics capabilities to search and find in most complex data models. It certainly has helped in speeding up the analytics in the most accurate way.

Qlik Sense has made data preparation much easier for us. At first, synthetic keys were throwing off our numbers, but after learning how to utilize them, we have been able to more easily prepare our data for consumption. Set Analysis does take some time to develop but it is quite powerful and has a lot of applications.

The data directly coming from the database is raw and all in-text format. The Qlik Sense engine automatically detects the data type for the columns, which saves a lot of time in data preparation and facilitates the easy creation of dashboards.

I'm afraid I wasn't aware that there were natural language capabilities built into the software. It's quite possible that I've missed those completely—ditto machine learning.

As I was saying before, with Qlik Sense we were able to relate data. Those relations were not able to be checked with a simple report. With Qlik Sense it is easier to import the data and review the relationships between it so that better reports or structure is created.

Some of Qlik Sense's features, such as machine learning, Artificial Intelligence, and human intelligence allow our organizations to explore data and create intuitive and compelling visualizations from data insights with a simple drag-and-drop that can be understood by mostly higher-ups managements that will need the tools to make daily business decisions.

We are using Qlik [Sense] since 2011 in our organization as an analytic/reporting tool. we have almost used all the functionality of the tool and implemented [them] to make reporting easy and more effective for our business users. machine learning and other functions help to create more insights over the time period. Tool intelligence auto-generates the most relevant and impactful visualizations and analyses for business users.

We have not utilized the insight feature as much as we should. We rely on the business users to have a predefined notation of the insights they are looking for and build-out. We use the cognitive feature all the time to show what is part of a selection and how it may be categorized.

This had a minimal impact on our workflow. The so call "AI" has not been very robust; although some of the chart recommendations are helpful, they have not had any impact on what we do or made life easier for our developer. The automated data preparation although nice in theory, is not very practical for us when compared to what can be accomplished with the load script editor.

My team was not informed or trained on these features and did not get to experience them. As a team of business analysts and project managers, we would have loved to have tools like this but we were perpetually told that these tools were "for IT only" within the organization.
