RedFlag is great for companies that are looking for a mass notification system to address the issues of business continuity, crisis management, risk mitigation and keeping operations up and running. No one can predict the unknown and having a system in place that allows you to hit the ground running is a valuable business tool.

I found the team at RedFlag to be much more responsive and the features were more in line with what I needed. I also found the pricing to be much more in-line with my budget. It was the right solution for me.

RedFlag is a mass notification system that comes in handy during emergencies. It helps in sending out alerts to employees in case of any crises. You can send out voice, text, and email messages instantly through it for efficient communication.

We used it during the 2018 Californian Wildfires to inform our employees not to come to the office during those days. One of our branches in Tehama County was affected by these fires as they were pretty intense around that region.

Currently, we’re using it to inform our employees about the snowstorm in Boston. RedFlag has helped us notify them in time to work from home.

We, at TravHelper, mainly use RedFlag to communicate with our employees. The Acknowledgment feature provided by the platform ensures that we know that all employees have read our alerts. It helps in making sure that our employees in other parts of the country are safe.

We also use RedFlag as a tool to streamline our internal communication. It’s extremely helpful for us as we’ve got multiple offices across the US and relying on just email for communication isn’t a great option.

The best part about RedFlag is that it’s super easy to set up. You just need to gather and import data of recipients and add it to the platform. That’s it, you’re all set to start sending out messages!

  • Integration with pagers for communication. It’s not a big concern as only a few employees have requested for it. However, it’d help if RedFlag can implement that as well. I’m pretty sure they’ll; they keep coming up with updates regularly.
  • Would love to see RedFlag go completely global.
RedFlag is extremely helpful in all sorts of emergencies. Whether it's a fire, natural disaster, inclement weather, active shooter, or even a cyber attack, this tool can be used for emergency notifications during all these situations. It can also be used for internal communication. You can send out notifications based on location through geotargeting, message groups together, or have one-on-one communication too. It's a great tool for making business decisions as well. You can use its polling feature for the same.
  • Positive as it has helped us reduce our emergency response time drastically. It’s also streamlined our internal communication and we’ve been able to reduce communication gaps to a great extent.

RedFlag's support is phenomenal! They're available 24/7 and even when you have the slightest of problems, they are always there to assist you. I've never had to face disappointment when I've approached their customer support. The best part about their support is that most of my problems are solved in real-time. Even if I do have to end up emailing my troubles to them, they respond quickly.
