We use it to validate information in our Salesforce DB and to automate and optimize tests. Their true end-to-end testing environment is crucial for us in terms of saving time and work power due to excessive backlogs.
  • Automates tests to save on manual inputs.
  • Accelerate development cycles.
  • Help us narrow our attention to where we need to really focus.
  • Time to download reports could be enhanced.
  • Incompatible with Excel formats.
  • High costs.
Tricentis Test Automation for Salesforce is well-suited for those with massive Salesforce databases who need help narrowing their focus and streamlining testing. It's very scalable, so it is well-suited for those working on different applications across various technologies. It is less appropriate for those using JAVA or Selenium based applications.

  • Heightened productivity by freeing up time.
  • Any function tester can use it as it is easy to learn. This helps limit training the necessary for use.
  • Process tests more efficiently and in less time.
It is easy to learn, highly scalable, and easy to implement. Compared to other platforms out there, I find Tricentis to be the most streamlined end-to-end solution and is model-based, making it very robust. They are constantly enhancing their tools, so we feel that they are committed to evolving their product into a better version. You can use it for various projects and there really is no limit.
It supports so many different applications and the ease of integration is very smooth. It's highly scalable and very easy to onboard.
We selected Tricentis Test Automation due to it's ease of use. It was the pricier option out of the competitve pool, however, it was important for us to have a scalable solution that integrated with all of our technologies and platforms. It was the most user-friendly tool and took the least amount of time to onboard individuals.
