Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
It is being used for our North American team. We use it half-heartedly as an ATS but the company never took the time to customize it so hasn't had true effectiveness. Use it as an HRIS tool more effectively.
- PTO tracking
- Employee self service.
- Report grabber function for customized reporting.
- Candidate input
- Job/Requisition input
- Job Editing
- Job Cloning
- Nothing hard. But it's a non-intuitive interface for Requisition management that takes too much time away.
- We will be moving to a new platform to get a better ROI.
Well, we will be moving on from ADP. In terms of comparison, Bullhorn has the same shortcomings that ADP had. It's clunky and takes a lot of steps to minimal things. Lots of pretty colors and visual appeal but clunky to use. Akken is probably the worst system I've ever used. Ever. It's really just terrible and I have not one positive thing to say about it. Paycor which acquired Newton had some shortcomings for sure in terms of its functionality but it was extremely easy to use and learn. Color-coded which was also good. It was a bit glitchy and sometimes would lock you out for no reason whatsoever. But, overall, it was probably the best system of these listed.
