Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce now as our HCM/Payroll system. We combined a number of disparate systems to actively manage everything on 1 easy to use software platform. We now track time and attendance, process payroll, and manage benefits through ADP Workforce Now. Historically this was through 2 different systems (and manual paper processing).

It is very easy to grow with this solution. We currently have 4 separate companies being managed by 1 central team for payroll and HR services. We can add additional companies as needed, as well as add, remove, and transfer employees as the need arise. We can do this ourselves without having to call support.

Currently, we have only integrated our accounting software with the system. Not really an integration (just an IIF file for uploading the bi-weekly payroll journal entries).
All 4 were very similar in functionality. We were able to get ADP for the lowest price of the 4 (with the most features included)

The phone support is just ok. We have a call center that we call into for support. It would be nice to have a dedicated support team (however that would drive up the price of the solution, so we understand).
If you are looking to combine and manage all of your HR functions (from Benefits through Payroll) then ADP Workforce Now is a perfect solution. It also has additional modules that we aren't currently using (such as Performance Reviews). We will be implementing that in the next phase of our ADP solution.
