Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use ADP Workforce Now for benefits, payroll and onboarding. Very easy to use and I love the reporting! The only issue we have been having is with rehires. Their onboarding documents are not sending etc. We have addressed the issues with ADP and waiting for a solution. WE love it!

we have not tried to integrate with any vendors with work force now.
ADP works better- user friendly. The reporting is the main reason I prefer ADP over UKG. There is simply no comparison! ADP make is easy to pull information you need in no time at all. I felt like with UKG you needed to be a pro at building reports. Hands down ADP is better

COVID-19 Response
Unfortunately Thor motor coach did not have ADP when COVID was going around. We weren't able to utilize the system at that time. We were using Ulti pro and that didn't help us at all. Most was done manually- especially tracking etc. ADP def. would have been a better solution!
No, we do not offer this to our employees and unfortunately right now we are not looking. I will keep this in mind in case we ever decide to change our minds in the future.

Again, unfortunately Thor Motor Coach did not have ADP during COVID. We switch from UKG after the pandemic. I am sure it could have helped us to have ADP. Hopefully we do not have to experience another Covid in our future. I will keep these resources in mind thank you!
Our employees enjoy using the self-service app. They are able to pull up their pay stubs, clock in and out and can look at their personal information. This is helpful. We have received good feedback from our employees, and I hope ADP continues to add more features as well.

1600 - We are a manufacturing company so most of our employees use ADP for time and attendance and benefits. They can also access our resources like EAP, discounts etc though the app. They can also Scheule time off as well through the app. I would say majority use the app

Little to none. Like stated before, most of our employees are production workers and only use the app to do what they need to.
HR, payroll, finance and marketing I believe really utilize the system. ADP is user friendly and its easy for people to se even if they are not comfortable with systems

Evaluating ADP Workforce Now and Competitors
Yes - We had UKG. Most of our Thor companies actually utilized UKG and I must say that ADP is much easy to use. User friendly and reporting is much better. You can build a report in minutes vs hours with UKG. I would recommend ADP over UKG any day! Thank you.

The level of difficulty with UKG was a struggle. We appreciate that ADP is easy to work with and we don't have any issues. If a issue does come up we have a dedicated team at ADP that can help.

I don't think I would change anything. We are comfortable with what was chosen. We liked the dem and the recommendations from our other sister companies made it an easy decision to change to ADP instead of UKG. We kept having issues with UKG which made us want to move away from their system.

The THOR companies have a dedicated team because there are so many of us. It's nice that we all have the same team to help us through our issues. If something comes up with our sister companies then the ADP team can see if there is an issue across all of thor and address it. We can also shares reports etc which is helpful
ANything benefits related!! Jennifer leiberman does a wonderful job at helping me through ACA, Benefits, Open enrollmetn and really any other questions I might have. She always points me in the right direction if there is something she can't help me with. I can't recommend her enough!! She is amazing

Yes - Easy to use. Our employees who are in the plants use this app for time and attendance, benefits, timecards, paychecks, w-2 etc. Its easy for them to access our resources as well. They enjoy this app over UKG and they also find it resourceful. can't say enough good things about it.
