Overall Satisfaction with Canto

Canto is the only DAMS of the company for the management of all digital resources related to communication and marketing.
It was distributed throughout the company which has sites spread across many countries.
The introduction of Canto was carried out through dedicated training sessions that involved all the administrators, contributors and users.
We are actually still in transition phase with more than 400,000 digital assets uploaded.

CANTO is the best balance of functionality, performance and cost for a company like mine that has started a digital transformation programme. Adobe Experience is best in class but too expensive.

CANTO is one of the DAMs with the best value for money, it has all the features to start a digital transition for medium/large companies especially for those with a low/medium digital maturity.

Using Canto

1000 - The use of DAMS is widespread in almost all company functions, in fact there are more than 1000 users of which over 350 are trained. The main functions that use the tool are communication and marketing.
5 - We currently have 5 administrative users who support DAMS in daily use by interfacing with Canto. These users can be grouped into two profiles. The first group is IT-oriented and includes the people who manage the platform, the second is more content-oriented to their classification, storage and use.

Canto fully meets our needs in terms of budget and features so the drivers of our decision were the price and the features of the product. Furthermore, before choosing the tool, we went to their headquarters in Berlin to visit the company and to have a final check to support the choice, the meeting gave all the necessary answers.
I believe that our evaluation process has been carried out correctly starting from a precise evaluation of the requirements and gaps, to the analysis of the vendor's market up to the final visit to the vendors. I wouldn't change anything about the decision-making process.

We are very happy users of CANTO.
Change management was a major issue with the implementation - CANTO was our first implementation and use of a DAMS so major changes in mindset, approach and processes were needed.

Canto Support

Very good, responsive and effective. The customer support team supported us in a very extensive training plan that covered the entire population using the tool as an administrator, contributor or user. In addition, the customer support team supported us in the evaluation and implementation of new requests coming from daily use.

My company purchased premium support because DAMS is a sensitive and critical asset to the business. My company is a large enterprise with thousands of employees spread across many countries who use the tool on a daily basis and need the best support services available. In addition, the price of premium services are very competitive.
We have received exceptional support in implementing our training plan by offering many on-demand courses outside the boundaries of the existing contract. The same happened when we had to increase the number of users contributing due to work overload, in this case we were granted free licenses. Canto has great attention on customer needs and is very flexuble to tailor its support according to the customer.

Using Canto

The user experience is very good and the user is able to use the tool even without dedicated training. The implemented logics are very intuitive and easy to understand even for a non-expert and familiar user on digital platforms. The only remark is on the interface which is not very modern.

Yes - The interface is responsive and is well usable on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. Due to the type of content, the use on mobile devices is limited and the same is applicable to similar tools. The use of the mobile interface is very useful for quick sharing and viewing of contents.
