ClickUp Lives Up

We originally implemented ClickUp to track and manage all IT, security, and compliance projects. These projects were spread across several teams so we needed a tool that was flexible enough to work in each situation. Shortly after implementation, we started seeing many other opportunities to solve other problems and now we plan to use ClickUp to solve those problems. External teams have also started showing great interest in using ClickUp to replace their current tools.

Using ClickUp we were able to finally centralize all project work into one location providing the below collaborations:

• Visibility into all projects
• Being able to assign/ move tasks easily between teams
• Finding owners easily
• Detailed tracking
• Catching delays further in advance
• Ability to see project conflicts and resource constraints
• Documenting all project information and relating when necessary

We were able to fully transition from tracking projects in Google Suite which had issues with sharing, organization, and consistency. We are also in the process of setting up spaces to track global risks and issues within ClickUp instead of using multiple tools. The dashboards within ClickUp also allow us to get all the information we need without having to configure any BI tools. Additionally, several other teams have also requested temporary access to our environment to test their work and possibly transition.
