Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We started using ClickUp to manage our podcast and social media. We recently incorporated it into our client services and program management.
We are using ClickUp for tracking client deliverables as well as workflows and team communication and project management.
We are really enjoying Dashboards for high level status review and executive updates with our clients.

- Simple structure
- Permissions
- Price point
- It’s a lot to take in… I would recommend tiered or earned access for new users.
- There are some latency issues.
- Improved efficiencies - less time spent following up on items or communicating internally when something is needed.
- Better program delivery - because we can see everything in one place and all tasks are assigned, we are able to deliver a higher level experience to our clients.
- Steep learning curve - the level of options and customization is significant. With so many options, it can take some time to set up your process.
Greater confidence in our service delivery. We are playing with dashboards and experimenting with how to engage our teams and our clients. We are seeing a huge impact on the already with increased collaboration, engagement, and creativity. Templates are a huge time saver and we have not fully tapped into all of the possibilities.
We are pretty close to replacing Slack and a significant bit of internal email… Add a scheduling feature and we will be there!
ClickUp has a lot to offer for back end operations, as well as project and task management. Those items are covered.
As mentioned in other sections there is no persistent chat area. Second, as a consulting service we manage a significant number of appointments with a scheduling tool. Add these two capabilities and ClickUp will be “one app to rule them all.”
