Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We manage tasks between different teams. We use it a lot to exchange info on the comments fields. It make easy for everyone to see the info of the tasks, where it is and what the task is about.
- Visibility of all subtasks of each task
- Responsibles for each tasks
- Deadlines
- Time spend doing the task
- There is no place to include all the files and attachments from one task so each subtask has quick access to it.
- Reporting: We can see how many hours each person or task took. I would like to see what are the types of tasks are taking more time, which are quicker; how many times each status was reached in the task (to check change requests); not possible to include the custom labels in to reporting. But, I understand my company has the standard subscription. Maybe on the reporting subscription this is included.
- ClickUp helped us to quickly see where and with whom the task if which provided us with timely info to quickly act on client changes.
- All communications regarding one task in one place to everyone involved to see is a facilitator to clarify and record especifics points on the task and a quick place to go to for confirmation of details.
ClickUp moved all the communications from different chanels like emails, chats, whatsapp to one place. So, you know where to go to find the info you need. Everybody know where the info is and diminishes a lot of time spent in email exchanges asking for things already defined because one forgot.
