Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
I use ClickUp just for myself. I have the Business plan and I love it. I use ClickUp as a task management program. I plan my day around the tasks that I have prioritized. I also use ClickUp as a task backlog, so that I don't forget any tasks that I cannot complete for a long while. I attach emails and documents to my tasks so that I have all of the relevant materials on hand when I go to complete them. I also use the time-tracking feature occasionally if I am interested in task duration. The automations are very helpful for "snoozing" tasks, so that a task that hasn't started yet doesn't appear on my to-do list until it starts. I love the customizable features of ClickUp and use it every day. I have also used ClickUp to manage my personal tasks, and as a document/note-storing platform. I highly recommend it to anyone who is technologically inclined and not afraid of a moderate learning curve.

- Automations randomly break sometimes and do not notify me that they have stopped working (ex. at random times my Active Status selection disappears and the automation doesn't tell me that there is no longer a status selected)
- I would like the ability to limit the Home tab to only my dedicated Work space, and not have my Personal space included
- Drag-and-drop dependencies would be great!
- I created templates of my repeated yearly tasks - now I know every year when they are upcoming and they are already created!
- I attach documents, emails, and links to my ClickUp tasks at creation so when I go to complete them, I have all of the relevant information on hand and do not have to spend time searching
- My priorities for the day are already visible to me as soon as I start work!
- I can snooze tasks so that they disappear from my to-do list and reappear automatically, without me having to remember them!
I do not use ClickUp for collaboration. It would only be useful if everyone has a ClickUp account.
ClickUp acts as a to-do list, task backlog, prioritization tool, and a note hub for me. It integrates with my email as well. You can also use ClickUp as your calendar but I personally do not.
