I use ClickUp to manage my organization's day to day operations. In addition, I set it up for my clients based on their workflows. The use cases vary from simple project management to Scrum along with basic CRM.
The best thing about ClickUp is that it replaces the use of multiple products like timetracking, AI Note taker, Confluence etc. This saves us the hassle to use multiple tools.

yes, collaboration has improved a lot specially with views setup based on each user role. Project planning, client onboarding, tracking with time estimates as well as hours logged has all become easier. The documents linked to the tasks provide better productivity and so do the whiteboards. Exploring what the AI Notetaker will bring now.
Yes, we were using Clockify first for time tracking and reporting. Slack was used for internal team communication. Now we do not use either of them as ClickUp's native time tracking and Chat provides those features.
The Whiteboards are good to for simple workflows but for complex ones, we are still using LucidChart. The way ClickUp is progressing, I hope that will be replaced soon too.

The best feature of ClcikUp over others is it's customization as well as hierarchy. Departments, clients, operations become easier to manage if the hierarchy is setup in a good way that can allow your business scale without altering it repeatedly.
Customization is another feature that stands out when compared to others. Though other tools do provide it, however, it's not up to that level yet.
