Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
I have used Concur Travel and Expense within three organizations, and I find it extremely easy to use. At this time, I'm only using the expense function. The ability to easily create/duplicate expense reports containing consistent information month to month is extremely helpful. Effectively, I use previous months as templates, duplicate them, and then edit them. Concur Travel and Expense makes it very simple.

Cons
- Uploading of receipts (can only add one at a time)
- Layout is dated
- Some of the UX could be improved, clicks are simple once you know them but not always intuitive
- Saves me approximately 50% of my time on expense reports
- Allows me to add receipts and tie them to expenses later
- Makes it extremely easy to replicate/duplicate similar reports
I know that I have used a couple of tools, but Concur Travel and Expense is the only one that I remember. The others were ok, but Concur Travel and Expense is easy. I've been particularly impressed about how they've stayed strong through their acquisition by SAP. I think the ease of use plus ubiquitousness in the enterprise space makes it easy.
I'm not aware of other integrations. I only utilize Concur Travel and Expense.
Concur Travel and Expense just works. It has enabled us to easily track expenses and reimburse when appropriate.
I don't have to bother the team handling expenses/reimbursements. That is the benefit. It's a frictionless tool that works as long as the users are inputting the proper information.

As an employee/end-user, it is easy for me to engage with the tool, submit my expense reports, and get reimbursed, when applicable.
Concur Travel and Expense Training

It was very easy for me. I had prior experience with the tool, but it was some time ago. It was like riding a bike. I believe that if you are curious and savvy, you should be able to easily pick up 90+ percent of basic functionality by just poking around.
