Overall Satisfaction with Gong

I use Gong to document discussions I have with customers and prospects, and to go back to the recording after the call to take out the action items. In addition, I can hear recordings of other team members with customers and prospects and understand firsthand the market perspective and needs around our product.
  • Capturing the entire call
  • provide good transcript of the call
  • Simple to collaborate meeting notes with different stockholders
  • Help me improve my pitch as I can listen back
  • Help train the team with live examples of what's working and what is less effective
  • Building an action item that I can integrate into my workflow tool can be nice (Jira, Monday, etc...)
  • Gong help me focus our roadmap on things that will move the product forward
  • Gong helps me understand how sales understood enablement sessions and are they following the guidance
In most cases, it is very easy and clear how to use - some hidden functionalities can be improved throughout the UX
I'm a product person, not sales, so this capability is less relevant to my usage. I believe it provides the needed value to our sales team based on discussions I had with some sales leaders.
Learning from discussions of other team members with customers and prospects enabled me to learn more insight (compared to the calls I did personally).

I'm a product manager. Many of my customers are not in my time zone, and Gong lets me be part of the conversation (as a listener) when the hours are bad to be in person. In addition, I'm not stressed about writing action items during the call with the customer, as I know Gong has my back.
