Overall Satisfaction with Gong

I use Gong to analyze my conversations and improve my interactions with partners. Analytics and transcripts are the highlights.

  • Seeing who is doing the majority of the talking

  • Shortened sales cycle

Since my company integrated it for me, I have no complaints about ease of use. You just log in and listen to your conversations.
They have helped me understand when I am talking too much. I strive to have less than 50% of the talk time in any given customer discussion. The more I see myself being long-winded, the more I am able to hone in and remain concise.
Hearing how much the same problems are articulated across calls, i.e., certain security frameworks or buzzwords, i.e., "alert fatigue."
