I use Gong to analyze my conversations and improve my interactions with partners. Analytics and transcripts are the highlights.

They have helped me understand when I am talking too much. I strive to have less than 50% of the talk time in any given customer discussion. The more I see myself being long-winded, the more I am able to hone in and remain concise.
Hearing how much the same problems are articulated across calls, i.e., certain security frameworks or buzzwords, i.e., "alert fatigue."
