Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite

We use Hootsuite almost daily to sent out promotions to 40+ social media channels for our chamber of commerce members. It helps us distribute our member's messages quickly and efficiently. We've been using HS for many years. Our price went up by I believe that we are grandfathered in to a better price. If our price went up we would cancel it.

Being able to post on multiple accounts is a blessing and provides us massive reach with minimal investment in time...

The reporting is not great and it's a bit confusing at times. It's challenging to use! Overall, Hootsuite is a good tool at the price we pay...

Easy to send and schedule posts. The price I pay is good. If the price was higher I would not use it.
The platform's user-friendly interface allows our team to efficiently collaborate, schedule, and track posts, all in one place. This has streamlined our content creation process. As a result, our team can focus more on crafting engaging content and analyzing performance, rather than getting bogged down in the logistics of posting.
Hootsuite has a much broader reach of social media channels. Hootsuite has kept their product up to date with technology. TweetDeck is just about dead if it isnt already

Hootsuite is great for posting on multiple platforms, ie. FB, IG, LI at the same time...
Not being able to post on multiple Twitter accounts or personal Facebook is a detriment... although I know it's a platform limitation...
