Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

At RJ Hedges we use HubSpot primarily for marketing and managing our webpage. HubSpot provides us with all the tools we need to make tracking our customers easy. HubSpot also provides us with what I need to make changes to our website quickly and easily.
  • HubSpot makes managing my website really easy. I don't have a lot of experience with maintaining webpages and I don't understand computer code, so using HubSpots program is so easy because I don't need to have the website background one might think they need because they provide you everything so any normal person can do it.
  • Tracking potential customers is so easy. I love how HubSpot keeps track of when and were a lead was on your website. It helps me know where we are in the sales process.
  • I really like how easy it is to use HubSpot's email. I send out emails a lot, and it nice to be able to use a program that is so user friendly.
  • I can't think of anything at this time. HubSpot is always making improvements to their programs which is awesome from an end users viewpoint.
  • I am the only user of HubSpot in our company and I can honestly say that I have saved so much time by using HubSpot. For example, I can easily send out a mass email to all of our clients within minutes and track it to make sure that the email is being opened. I can see what works and what doesn't work for emails clicks.
I have recommend HubSpot to a number of people. I have had nothing but a pleasant experience with working with HubSpot since 2010. Their program has made my job at RJ Hedges easier and more enjoyable.

As long as HubSpot keeps providing an excellent service we will continue working with them. I have never thought about not renewing our subscription. HubSpot is just to important too our company.

HubSpot Implementation

When we implemented HubSpot I was nervous how the transition would go, but it was so smooth. I had a few questions about the process but customer support was awesome and answered all my questions.

HubSpot Training

When I first started working with HubSpot I had no experience at all. So I opted to pay for 1 on 1 training. It was AMAZING. I met with my coach weekly and she would show me how to do things. She would always follow up with an email and different articles for me to read or have me do practice things so I could get a better feel on how to create things and she would look everything over. I wouldn't be where I am as a user without this training.

HubSpot Support

I love the customer support at HubSpot. All of the employees are incredibly knowledgeable and are very fun to work with.

Using HubSpot

HubSpot is very easy to use. When I first started using the program I paid extract to have one on one sessions with a HubSpot support person and it was so much help. She guided me in the right direction and answered my questions so thoroughly.
