- The best thing about HubSpot is that it consolidates all of your marketing and sales tools in one place! No need to pay for multiple platforms and piece data together like a jigsaw puzzle, this tool does it all in one place.
- The customer service they offer is awesome! The fix glitches before you can even ask about them, if you need to call there is always something there to fix your problem promptly! And if you just need a little training on how to use the software, they handle that too!
- The marketing automation is a fantastic feature in the HubSpot tool! I can send emails and follow up based on a customer's actions, saving me time all while nurturing leads into customers.
- The COS helps us design, optimize and implement websites that create clear conversion paths and help funnel customers through the buyers journey.
Cons
- The web design aspect of HubSpot can be a little difficult for those with little to no knowledge of coding.
- We are able to track our goals in real time, see what is working and what isn't, and adjust accordingly.
- We have definitely seen an increase in the amount of traffic our site sees, leads we collect, and customers we close.
- As a small company, we rely on the entire team to produce great results! HubSpot lets us exploit our strengths, work as a team, and remain accountable to everyone, clients included!

HubSpot gets rid of the "frankensystem" and creates an all in one tool! We don't have to log in to 5 different accounts to perform daily tasks, or see how our marketing efforts are working. We have used some great tools like Google Analytics and SproutSocial, but HubSpot integrates all of those capabilities in with their own! You just can't beat an all in on software. It saves us time and it is super easy to use!
Using HubSpot
Our entire team uses HubSpot every day. Just to name a few our Sales, Marketing, Web design, Social Media, and Content / Blogging departments all manage their projects within the tool.
The great thing about HubSpot is that there is a tool for everyone required in a marketing setting. From Sales to Web Design, there is a section of the tool that everyone can live in. Obviously, different sections require some specific skills, but anyone that can use a computer can learn HubSpot.
