Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

HubSpot is currently being used across our entire organization as an all inclusive marketing tool that helps us manage our online presence, as well as our clients. We use it as a CMS, COS, and will be transferring into the new CRM that was recently released. The HubSpot tool does it all! No really! From building client websites, email automation, monitoring and posting to social media, launching campaigns, blogging, analytics and contact management, we do it all on one platform. This tool is a sophisticated piece of software that is completely unmatched by competitors.

Each department has its own niche of the tool the use everyday and it allows us to work on every website and marketing project as a team. Not only that, we can connect the dots between every single action and effort the entire team makes, from blog posts to special offers, it is all in one place!!! Even better, HubSpot offers one of the best and most in-depth academies and learning resources to help you get ahead of the curve. You have unprecedented access to the experts that help you learn the ins and outs of the tool as well as everything you need to know about the Inbound Marketing methodology.
  • The best thing about HubSpot is that it consolidates all of your marketing and sales tools in one place! No need to pay for multiple platforms and piece data together like a jigsaw puzzle, this tool does it all in one place.
  • The customer service they offer is awesome! The fix glitches before you can even ask about them, if you need to call there is always something there to fix your problem promptly! And if you just need a little training on how to use the software, they handle that too!
  • The marketing automation is a fantastic feature in the HubSpot tool! I can send emails and follow up based on a customer's actions, saving me time all while nurturing leads into customers.
  • The COS helps us design, optimize and implement websites that create clear conversion paths and help funnel customers through the buyers journey.
  • The web design aspect of HubSpot can be a little difficult for those with little to no knowledge of coding.
  • We are able to track our goals in real time, see what is working and what isn't, and adjust accordingly.

HubSpot gets rid of the "frankensystem" and creates an all in one tool! We don't have to log in to 5 different accounts to perform daily tasks, or see how our marketing efforts are working. We have used some great tools like Google Analytics and SproutSocial, but HubSpot integrates all of those capabilities in with their own! You just can't beat an all in on software. It saves us time and it is super easy to use!
Simply put, there is no reason why we would consider not renewing HubSpot. We perform all of our marketing actions in one place, and you can integrate with sales! Where we once had to log in to at least 3 different accounts to complete one task, we can do it all in one place. Our ROI only continues to grow and the tool only continues to improve.
HubSpot is an ideal tool for a company that is looking to increase their ROI, monitor their internet presence, interact with customers, and create a place where sales and marketing work together. A key question to consider is, what platforms you are currently using and how do you monitor those? Most people have to collect data from several different places and cobble together something that justifies the time you spend online. HubSpot really connects the dots between everything you do online!

Our entire team uses HubSpot every day. Just to name a few our Sales, Marketing, Web design, Social Media, and Content / Blogging departments all manage their projects within the tool.
The great thing about HubSpot is that there is a tool for everyone required in a marketing setting. From Sales to Web Design, there is a section of the tool that everyone can live in. Obviously, different sections require some specific skills, but anyone that can use a computer can learn HubSpot.
