Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I currently use HubSpot CRM for a large-scale marketing campaign on behalf of a large organization. We use it for data management and digital campaign implementation. It allows my team and I to track and nurture a database of ~125,000 leads using its lead scoring, lifecycle management, persona matching, lists/segmentation, and activity tracking. To drive the data and attract leads in the first place, we also use the majority of the campaign features: email, landing pages, forms, automated workflows, and analytics.
  • Reporting, both for analytics and lead tracking.
  • Form and CTA campaign integration to areas outside HubSpot CRM.
  • Allows content editors to easily create campaigns/assets.
  • Doesn't track overwritten information when uploading lists with duplicate users.
  • Leadgen form styling and progression options are limited.
  • Stored file/graphic usage tracking is inconsistent/occasionally incorrect.
  • Customer engagement quadrupled upon implementation.
  • Additional employees were hired to support growth.
  • Sales cycle shortened with consistent nurturing options.
HubSpot CRM is much more user friendly as a whole, and offers a good amount of additional customization for asset building depending upon how the programmer builds the templates. The reporting side can be a little tricky and really relies upon the users being diligent in how activities and tracking were set up in the first place.
Due to its ease of use and variety of tools, we have used HubSpot CRM for a long time and recommend it to clients. However, as some clients come to us with marketing systems in place, we have experience with executing projects in other software and are routinely exposed to other systems. Nothing we have seen has ever been motivation enough to switch.

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

I've used various HubSpot CRM pricing tiers for clients with varying budgets and only found it to be worth the effort if purchasing at an Enterprise level for large campaigns. The more features one uses in HubSpot, the better the payoff. It's also worth considering whether you will utilize other systems, as the syncing may be problematic.
