Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot for our CRM to track clients, sales, and other admin. The product tracks all conversations and emails, connecting us with Gmail. This helps us keep track of what happened with each client to be able to stay in contact.

Pros

  • connects with gmail
  • tracks emails and phone calls
  • tracks deals

Cons

  • too many steps in tracking the deal and contact
  • notes in a contact should transfer to the company and deal
  • too many lead statuses
  • Helpful tracking to see where I am in my business
Easy to use except for at times when to find notes. Pretty similar to other CRMS
I'm only on the sales side, but it seems like the marketing works well in conjunction with what we are doing

HubSpot does a great job tracking clients and what engagement you've had with them. It's a little clunky around where to find the notes you've written and does not automatically save your notes.
