Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
It is used across the entire organization as part of our security strategy. This solves the problem of providing training throughout the organization as required by standard security practices.
- Phishing Tests.
- Offer additional training for those who click on a phishing email.
- Phish Button.
- It is performing as expected.
- It has made our users more aware of the emails they are receiving. This is improving the security of the organization and is far more cost-effective than dealing with a ransomware attack. It also is an employee goodwill perk as it teaches users to be careful with their personal email.
Knowbe4 was selected for its ease of use. Kevin Mitnick was a significant factor in the decision as he is well known in the cyber security world. The training is entertaining and not dry like typical training platforms.

It has enabled us to offer additional training. We are now sending out the weekly Scam of the week and Security tips newsletters. This enables our users to be gently reminded every week to keep up the due diligence in reading emails. They are very well written and a short read. Some articles have sparked responses from our readers which made us re-examine some email policies.
We upload the user information from Active Directory via an excel file. This is very simple to use.
A list of the users who have clicked on the phishing emails and of those who tried to open links. This has provided the opportunity to provide additional training as well as the ability of upper management to see if they are chronic users.
