As an MSP we decided to incorporate Security Awareness Training [into] our base offering for all clients. KnowBe4 is one of the products we keep in our portfolio to serve this purpose for some specific clients. It addresses end-user cybersecurity education as well as a company's security posture as a whole.

KnowBe4 is far ahead [of] its competitors when it comes to content. For years they have invested strongly in generating relevant and engaging content. If you're looking for great content, definitely go with KnowBe4. On the flip side, its commercial practices are not as transparent and easy-going as one would expect, so better [to] think twice before engaging in a reseller relationship.

Having fresh and relevant content is definitely something that makes a cybersecurity awareness vendor stand out from others. That's certainly the first thing we consider with these kinds of products.
User management is handled either through Active Directory integration or CSV upload. KnowBe4 still lacks integration with Office 365/Azure AD.
