Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

I work for cybersecurity, managing service provider (MSP) and as an employee, it's a requirement that we are trained every two weeks to keep our minds fresh on potential new wave phishing attempts and attacks via organized email attacks through the automated training simulation that KnowBe4 offers. As the last line of defense, it's our job to have a keen eye for detail and not be fooled by some hacker trying to gather information from outside the organization and as someone who sells this software as a reseller and trains on it individually too, it's important that we have the experience to back our credibility of being in this industry.
  • High quality of content created!
  • Actually useful. curated videos or games that won't bore the end-user.
  • Simple and manageable setup for IT staff to rollout
  • Most quizzes are easy and can be taken multiple times
  • More relevant content creation
  • Reinvent and recreate past cyber attacks for trainings over
  • Keeping us organized and ready
  • Protecting our finances
  • Protecting important documents from ever getting out.
I haven't used Mimecast Awareness Training before but my company left MAT and moved to KnowBe4 and hasn't looked back. From what I was told, the Mimecast solution was lacking in content and quality questions and answers. Now Arctic Wolf just came out with their own Awareness Training software and from the looks of it, it's all managed by their internal security concierge team and sent directly to your inbox for conditioning. There isn't a dashboard and nothing your IT team has to manage since it's all done for you. I don't know anything about the quality of the content but it seems to be priced competitively to KB4.

It has allowed our organization to stay fresh and ready for potential attacks, whether in person or in our inboxes. As a human firewall, we are analyzing anything that may be a trigger or potential threat and know what to look out for thanks to KnowBe4.
I am an end-user and have an IT team [that] manages the software application and sends out what simulations and exercises we are to do next.
I am not really sure but I know if we have done the training is important and the pass and fail rate is another one we talk about.
Like I mentioned earlier, as a professional in the cybersecurity business, my organization is hit hard every two weeks with different phishing attempts, malicious links, urgent requests to send documents or money, everything that looks possibly legit but obviously isn't. Some of them are extremely easy to catch but some make it past our SEG and if you're in a hurry and click the link without thinking, you failed the simulation. That's the beauty in this. software but it's reality. We are all humans and make mistakes and so does the software we purchase to better protect our organizations such as our inboxes. We do however adapt and improve and these training are meant to shed some light on what to expect in case of a real-world scenario were to hit your inbox or possibly even your office. It keeps you on your feet and ready for anything.
