Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
As a contractors, we use Microsoft Teams in different ways. The first is with our clients, usually non-profit organizations that work with multi-generational volunteers. Integrating non-company people into the Team universe is not the most user-friendly solution. There are often difficulties in accessing documents and navigating through the infrastructure of the interface. It therefore requires each time to educate the volunteers on how to use the platform. We also use the Microsoft Teams of our customers, who have provided us with email addresses from their organizations specifically for this purpose. We end up with conflicts between Teams, OneNote and Office 365 if we are not on the same user account for each of the software. In short, the tool is interesting but its protections against external access as well as the difficulty for users with multiple MS 365 accounts are a hindrance in our context.
- One meeting place for teamworking
- Instant messaging between members of a team
- Intégration with OneNote
- Intégration with ToDo
- Conflict with the choice of input when using headphones with an integrated microphone and an independent microphone, a problem that does not exist on zoom.
- Changing from one access to another for people with multiple accesses to Microsoft Office 365
- Access to the Teams universe for people outside the company who must have the same levels of access (subcontractor, volunteers in the case of non-profit organizations).
- A single place to gather all information and documents for a group and keep all communications
- The possibility of distributing tasks and putting markers on their progress.
- Video conferencing integrated into the software with note taking on OneNote
- Microsoft 365, OneNote, Microsoft Authenticator, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft To Do, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft for Nonprofit
Microsoft Team is one of Microsoft's newest applications. Looking at the evolution of the Office suite, I can only imagine what Team will become with the next updates. It's a product that fills a need and has a lot of possibilities to evolve well. I would put it right in the center of the software offered by Microsoft, not the best but really not the worst.

Microsoft Teams Feature Ratings
Using Microsoft Teams
12 - I mainly work with employees who manage several active volunteer committees within the organization.
No one internally has enough technical knowledge to consider themselves experts in Teams and able to offer technical support. We should therefore always hire external expertise and we do not have this kind of fund.
- Pooling of digital resources
- Virtual exchange place
- Meeting management

Yes - I have the app on my cell phone, but I don't use it. So I don't have enough experience with the mobile interface to provide a significant review. At the same time, the fact that for so many years of using Team, I haven't worked on mobile also speaks for itself...
