Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it for everything that requires collaboration, from Design Sprints, Diagrams, presentations, Anything that everyone can see and share. Even when other platforms have the same capabilities, the experience with the others is clunky and the graphics are not pretty. Miro design objects allows to produce pretty material where everyone can collaborate. The fact of having templates for different workshops helps a lot too, we can reframe and use the elements we need instead of coming from "0".

The presentation order it is not logic and it is allover the place
the PDF export, sometimes it works some others it doesn't

It is super easy to use, so everyone can use it no matter the different cultures or background, I work with different people from different backgrounds and Miro unify us.

Alternatives Considered

Figma and Zoom Workplace

Zoom offered Whiteboards but not everyone was into that, so we don't use it.
Figma also offers some Whiteboards, but is not evident for most of the mortals
