systems design, planning, agile workshops, ideation phases and systems documentation, the outputs are the exported artifacts or presentation decks. We use Miro in a collaborative way and to boost communication and decision-making processes

Pros and Cons

Pros

frame diagrams, organize visually the concepts and the knowledge
templating system, there are templates for everything
integrations, Miro has a good integration system
collaboration, Miro has appropriate tools to collaborate (voting, writing down ideas, safe communication)
public share, the permission system and access is awesome

Cons

latency, load speed - sometimes with complex diagrams Miro is slow
autoformating - when you copy and paste text it would be good to have an autoformatter in place to keep the rich text in a smart way (similar to what Microsoft Word does)
format inside text box, it would be good to be more flexible in text boxes in terms of format (different sizes, fonts), and keep the format (background/foreground) when you copy/paste the content
increase the text length in text boxes
AI assistance to create, organize and format shapes and connections
a better search/replace text feature
a better grouping by tag/type/shape tool, including grouped actions
