Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com to manage projects and tasks. Various projects such as: art design, group formation, and people management. It helps us ensure that no one falls through the cracks in our pathways and pipelines. It provides peer accountability because others can see the deadlines associated with a task. It helps anticipate milestones with creative design.

The templates give you a great framework to start from. We used the form template for design requests to our art director. The templates prevent you from starting from scratch. And the built-in automations provide a window into our integrated the platform can be, especially with the numerous API platforms.
I had experience with other project management systems prior to monday.com. I have not needed to access the monday.com customer success manager or customer support.
monday.com is a super reliable platform and interface. You can communicate in real-time with no delays and notifications are instant.
Although monday.com costs more than the other services, it can handle more as a platform. The functions, features, integrations, and automations allow you to do so much more than, than just keeping track of project & task deadlines.

monday.com is fantastic for remote teams. Teams can collaborate on the platform from wherever they are on whatever device & platform they are using. However, monday.com is great for in-person teams. Coming out of a meeting, monday.com will help with assigning action items (projects, tasks, sub-tasks) to the appropriate person.
