Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com is used by our whole Marketing team in all countries (about 100) and the global office. It is a great tool for collaboration and visibility and scheduling tasks. Also, reporting is now easier to do with projects listed all in one place and with timelines. We use the email link feature in our updates as we work with other business groups who are not yet on monday.com.
  • Boards for each types of activities, or by department, country etc.
  • Collaboration possible in one place, without bouncing between chat, file manager and email
  • Reporting is easy with filtering by names
  • Current and completed projects are visible with filtering
  • Nothing that I could think of, whatever I would want to change, it can be changed from our side not monday.com
  • The main reason we got monday.com is visibility. Our global office can see what is happening in the countries, and the countries can see what is happening/planned by the head office, and what other countries are doing. This eliminates "reinventing the wheel" and gives everyone an overview of the workload per market.
  • Before monday.com we used Teams for project management, which is not really a PM software, but rather a file repository and a chat tool, though you can schedule tasks there for yourself and others, which was annoying because not many used this feature, probably because there is no visibility of the whole project in this view. monday. com is much more user friendly as the PM software with everything visible in one place.
We use many templates, e.g. for events, memberships tracking and collateral creation. Collaboration on these is critical and easy with all in one place including updates and notifications. I mostly use word documents and spreadsheets.
We are supported internally by our monday.com experts and I get what I need in time.
I keep the tabs with my boards open all the time in the browser and reopen each morning through history. It is very reliable and always reloads correctly. If I log in differently, I don't have any issues finding my boards. All the features are working and I did not have any issues either.

monday.com is used by our whole Marketing team in all countries (about 100) and the global office. It is a great tool for collaboration and visibility and scheduling tasks. Also, reporting is now easier to do with projects listed all in one place and with timelines. We use the email link feature in our updates as we work with other business groups who are not yet on monday.com. Projects are listed in boards that can be created for different criteria: location, time, theme. Links and files can be provided within each project - all in one place, no bouncing between chat, email and file manager. Each project has a unique link for email, no need to duplicate with team members' personal addresses, even if those team members are from a different organization and are not on your monday.com platform; by inserting the link, e.g. into an outlook email everyone gets the message. Using Outlook or any other email client is not necessary either, all new messages are visible on the board each against relevant project.
