Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Paycom is currently being utilized by our entire company as our HRIS and Payroll systems. We are utilizing the HR, Payroll, Time Off, COBRA, Benefits, and Talent functions of the system. We opted to go with Paycom as it would streamline our processes and increase efficiency with a solo HR employee (me!).

We ended up selecting Paycom as we thought it was the best match for our organization. We were looking at a few factors: service, communication, technology, functions/capabilities, reporting and of course financials. While Paycom wasn't the cheapest option, in fact, one of the more expensive options, we felt confident that the service, communication, functions/capabilities, and reporting was much more superior than the other companies.
We are a smaller company with about 80 employees and one HR employee. To me, I wanted a dedicated specialist to answer all of my needs instead of waiting on hold with someone not familiar with our account. In addition, I wanted communicated, training, and professional, all which was lacking from our previous provider. Also, I wanted to be able to streamline more processes and move away from spreadsheets. I wanted to "think/work smarter, not harder" and Paycom assisted in many ways.

Using Paycom

83 - We are a manufacturing and engineering firm and all of our employees utilize Paycom in some fashion. We have machinists, welders, production technicians, engineers, and support staff that use the system. Employees are able to look at their paychecks, direct deposit, benefits, select benefits, complete personal action forms, and ask HR questions.

Overall, everyone I have worked with at Paycom has supported me throughout the implementation and first few months of service and beyond. I'm much more impressed with the service than I initially thought. We had some minor hiccups when we were transferring from our transition specialist to our day to day representative. However, the manager, sales team, and transition specialists were able to quickly navigate through my issues and we have been squared away since then.

Using Paycom

The system is very user friendly. Once you navigate where your information is stored under the forms you are golden. While the training amplified my capabilities and knowledge, I could have jumped into the system without and training and managed just fine. This probably one of my favorite parts about Paycom!
