Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Paycom is being used across our whole organization. It offers a one stop shop for all HR, Payroll, Benefits and Compliance. This has been instrumental in the improvement of our processes.
  • Dedicated Service Teams are Great.
  • Easy to Navigate the Platform.
  • Ability to Toggle Between Companies.
  • Once you understand how to use the system it is consistent between modules.
  • Personnel Action Forms are a bit clunky.
  • LMS module pricing is inhibiting.
  • Saved Time.
  • Reduced Administrative Work.
Paycom has been the easiest learning curve. Overall easiest to use.
Paycom is an easy one stop shop for an HRIS/Payroll system. Multiple different modules that are consistent with the platform and easy to use. Great for managing multiple companies out of one platform, and great customer service.

There are so many examples. During Open Enrollment there were some particular challenges with setting up one of our plans, and a customer service rep. stayed on the phone with me for almost an hour trying to make sure we had it set up correctly, and in a way that it would function the easiest way possible.
It has increased our employee's usage incredibly. It is rare that HR is asked to update information on behalf of an employee as the employee self service portal is so easy to navigate.
