Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We use Paycom to manage payroll in our division, including automatically deploying payroll to users, storing data on delivered and outstanding paystubs, and providing an interface for users to view their information under their account. It also integrates with the backend of our human resources tools, allowing us to maintain archived paystubs.

Paycom allows more flexibility. The cloud-based integration is great and flexible, it also has a lower learning curve, allowing for an easy transfer to new team members if needed. We use almost all functionalities managing hundreds of accounts with personal data and archives, and it does a much better job with large-scale projects than most competition that I'm familiar with.

Support and Self-Service
I wasn't involved in or responsible for this project or any part in this project but have witnessed the overall improvement that Paycom resulted in after implementation and after the teams were able to use it full scale with all the features available to us, starting with new candidates and managing existing teams.
Usually support is very responsive considering we are a very large client for Paycom. We do have dedicated team members ready to provide training and walk us through new functionalities and capabilities if needed. We have also heavily relied on their support teams in extraordinary situations during the lockdown and furlough of multiple hundreds of team members.
It has helped our teams organize data in a better, more efficient way, and overall efficiency has increased dramatically, considering now we are able to have both a platform for our team members to view store edit information as well as the backend archiving and integration capabilities that have reduced deployment times greatly.
