Overall Satisfaction with Quickbase

We use Quickbase to simplify many of our manual processes. Everything from inventory to our operational excellence program is built in Quickbase, and there are no limits. There has never been a time when I wanted to build something but couldn't do it. Projects that we formerly had to work with IT or Digital services on can now be created and maintained locally.

Pros

  • Weekly inventory approvals and reporting.
  • Monthly performance assessment program.
  • A quality audit application.
  • Skills development application.

Cons

  • Pipelines could be made a little easier for new developers, but they aren't difficult once you get the hang of it.
  • Significant time savings
  • Improvement to compliance requirements
  • Morale improvement from reduction of manual and tedious processes
From what I've seen in other products that are similarly marketed, Quickbase is far and away the best. The level of flexibility, the number of possible integrations, and the overall user friendliness make Quickbase a formidable solution for any organization looking to improve their current ways of working by digitizing their processes and automating workflows.

Quickbase is well suited for teams that regularly perform a lot of manual processes, produce a lot of reports, and send or request a lot of information from end users. Quickbase may be less suitable for small or short-term projects or reporting requirements that don't need to be sustained.

Quickbase's ability to integrate with other 3rd party systems through the use of Pipelines is absolutely incredible. This was certainly a big selling point when we were deciding to use Quickbase. Since we have started Quickbase has continued to delight us by continuously adding more and more features including pipeline integrations.
I would not change anything, we made an excellent decision to move forward with Quickbase.
