Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
My team uses Wrike for all our tasks and project management. We also use it for project/task-related communications, as it is much easier to keep conversations organized than in a general message thread. We use it to understand team member bandwidth, schedules, due dates, upcoming tasks, etc., and use Wrike's features to quickly prioritize tasks, assign them to team members, and really focus on work instead of managing the work.
- Organize tasks
- Ability to find tasks
- Add custom details at task/project levels
- Give multiple views (table, gantt, calendar, list, kanban, etc.) that support multiple work styles
- More advanced date filtering (i.e. last full week, next 5 work days, etc.)
- Ability to change color hex value, or add own background image for theme
- Chrome extension needs to be fixed
- Ease of use - I really don't have to spend much time in Wrike to get what I need
- Visibility - I can see what I need, in the format that is fastest and easiest for the task at hand
- Collaboration - whether commenting on the status or giving feedback on images/videos/other assets - Wrike handles comments better than other tools I have used.
- It has saved me and my team time on each project/task. Likely 3-5 hours per week per team member
Hands down Wrike works better for our team's needs. I have tried many PM tools, and Wrike is by far my preference. To the point that at my current job, I requested it in the interview process.
