Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

In our company is Xactly used for tracking sales and consecutive payment of sales commissions.
I am personally uploading sales and consecutive commissions to the Xactly system.
The main problem I see is that almost everything is manual work and you still have to do a lot of pre-callculations aside.
Moreover still a lot of double work e.g setting up a user = 4 steps: people, position, hierarchy, license

Actually here is a big room for improvement.
Lot of data needs to be calculated manually.
Small room for customized calculations.
Mainly for comparing Sales vs Sales commissions (%) or Sales Quotas vs actual Sales
I don't think we have any
Finance - data about actual commissions to be paid
Sales reps - checking targets vs. real sales
Sales commission analysts - uploading sales and calculating sales commissions, maintaining sales reps database
