It can be configured with your existing platforms but little technical expertise is required. Complexity is there if your existing platform doesn't support addition of new software. But since Zoho CRM is cloud based application, the configuration is not a major concern with little expertise. There are various add-ons given which can be installed and downloaded so that software can be configured properly with the existing applications.
