- Zoho Projects, while powerful could also use some UI improvements.
- Repetitive tasks have been decreased significantly. About 80% of all our tasks are now automated through Zoho applications.
- Lead Qualification time has been reduced by 50% using workflow rules, assignments, and custom views.
- Accountability has increased in a significant way by transcribing phone calls, and logging all activity within CRM.
