Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Zoho is being utilized across our entire organization.
  • Forms.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Desk.
  • Zoho People UI could be improved.
  • Ability to deduplicate records across all modules in CRM as well as other applications.
  • Zoho Projects, while powerful could also use some UI improvements.
  • Repetitive tasks have been decreased significantly. About 80% of all our tasks are now automated through Zoho applications.
  • Lead Qualification time has been reduced by 50% using workflow rules, assignments, and custom views.
  • Accountability has increased in a significant way by transcribing phone calls, and logging all activity within CRM.
I think the UI is great and the ability to customize almost all aspects of the CRM is a big positive. I think there is still room for improvement however especially for a new user of a CRM or one migrating from a competitor. There is a still a learning curve in how modules are related and how a lead flows through the CRM process. The blueprints feature is a huge help, but needs to be set up first.
Lots of options for configuration. I think this is one of Zoho's biggest positives over all other competitors.

Ability to customize is very high which lets you tailor the CRM to your individual organizations. Also lots of functionality and integration options. Wish it was a bit more integrated with the other Zoho applications.
