6sense is well suited in areas such as creating a campaign for our site. For example, "grill season". It makes it easy to create a campaign to advertise all our grills, best selling [grills] and create certain price updates/categories. It is not as useful on the product campaign, coupon and sales level, but still more useful than platforms we have used in the past.

The ease of use makes Lead411 stand out. We can quickly look up individual companies or contacts for information or build lists quickly based on needed criteria. When we have a question, they are quick to answer and recently did a training session for our team as well. I would recommend Lead411 for anyone looking to build their sales pipeline by adding additional contacts and companies to target

Generates good targeted leads while saving time. The prospecting process is made easier with it.

Alternatives Considered

Oracle is not user-friendly. It is outdated and confusing, also makes it hard to enter in and out of certain tabs/areas within the platform. 6sense is more in-depth and has more functional abilities compared to Salesforce.

Lead411 has a better interface. Their database is all cloud-based which meant accessing it from anywhere. Lead411 also provided access to more candidates and sales leads in our opinion.

Return on Investment

  • It is easier to monitor our ROI on certain campaigns, departments, subclasses, within our sites.
  • We have less issues with launching campaigns correctly and the site crashing on us while processing and developing these campaigns.

  • The cost to purchase lists can be fairly expensive and a waste of budget Vs an investment in Lead411 would be a much better spend.
  • No negative impact to our business but rather all upside to lead generation.
  • Shortens our sales cycle with better and more accurate contacts.
