Absorb is highly intuitive for end users. The resources feature allows for uploads of materials that are not marked as part of any training but rather available for users to review at their convenience. Scheduling reports so they are sent to users via email has been a pain. Reports are duplicated and there is also no start and end date, which causes the portal to continuously push the reports unless they are manually cancelled

It's good if you have a good use case for that feed. I do know that you have to incorporate it in a process in isolation. It's not you don't realize the full value, so you have to incorporate it into an overall improvement process. I would say the pro cases are marketing optimization with respect to campaigns. And I would say that the areas it's not well suited is in distilling attribution. So if you were to take all of the improvements that it suggested, the numbers exceed revenue, which isn't real, but that's a hard problem to solve. Nobody's really solved that problem well. So distilling the attribution piece would be good. And it is well suited for marketing campaigns in the ideation phase of so

Udemy Business is well suited in some scenarios where it helps our team and new interns to onboard in team or particular project and helps in initial training , it provides certification and through learning , skills would be lifelong. Overall, Absorb LMS is pretty easy to use for learners and especially for admins. It's practical to create and manage course content - it provides the most crucial options and yet is lean enough not to overcomplicate the admin's life. The consistent and customizable "table-view" in most of the admin-areas is very helpful and easy to follow.
Using Enrollment Rules, Absorb LMS let you define who a course applies to and how they get enrolled. You can build rules based on learner attributes, such as department, location job role, group, to include or exclude specific audiences. The way Absorb LMS is using enrollment attributes, no other LMS actually can fulfill our requirements easier. Enrollment rules are mainly embedded in individual course options (you can also create scheduled enrollments outside of the courses).

How the Featured courses section ranks courses is confusing on the back-end. I need to switch the primary one to second place to feature the new one first. The self learning part of assignments that I see in Udemy for Business are oversimplified and does not reflect actual complex scenarios that we see in major corporate offices. While it's easier to understand a course if the assignment is simple, Udemy for Business needs to have courses on more complex topics
The content is generic in nature and is not tailored at an individual or professional level. For example, If I'm a product manager for pricing, I will find ton on courses which explains about existing pricing strategies. This is the basic thing and what i'm looking for is something that goes beyond these basic concepts
there are too many courses that explains the same concept with almost 90% overlap. Finding the right content takes lot of time. We love the ability to have a user-friendly system that integrates well with our different HR interfaces (we have 3 systems that feed data/employees into the system). It makes it easy to track course completions and report out on metrics enterprise-wide. In addition, the ability to provide consistent education to staff who are geographically dispersed is a huge incentive for us, and Absorb LMS does this seamlessly.

First, creating custom courses was super easy and intuitive (unlike with their main competitor). Second, using Udemy to take courses was also intuitive and simple. Finally, though, the kicker for what makes Udemy super useful is its reporting and analytics. Again, Udemy's main competitor surprisingly lacks a ton of features related to reporting. I miss Udemy!

On a scale of 1-10, I would rate Udemy Business’s availability as a 9. The platform is highly reliable, offering on-demand access to courses anytime and anywhere, with very few reports of unplanned outages or application errors. Its robust infrastructure supports 24/7 learning for global teams, and users consistently praise its uptime and accessibility, though occasional minor issues may occur

On a scale of 1-10, Udemy Business’s performance rates around 9. Pages and course content typically load quickly, and reports are generated in a reasonable timeframe, even for complex data. I haven't had to contact Udemy for Business for support reasons. I gave a 10 here because of it's availability across numerous platforms: Web, Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, even smart-tv apps make it trivially convenient to do some learning wherever you are. This helps my reports engage better with their learning, especially if they prefer to defer the training until the couch at home after work. It just makes for great user experience.

fter purchasing Udemy Business, you can rate courses using a star system and leave feedback. Courses maintain a high-quality standard with a minimum average rating of 4.4 out of 5. These ratings help organizations and learners assess the effectiveness of the training hence it we are making sure the online material will help us onboard better and set it up better. there will be room for improvement but I am sure the Udemy product team will do well
The implementation of Absorb went very seamlessly. We previously had the Oracle LMS and importing user data and getting the new system up to speed was painless. The smooth transition helped leaders and staff gain confidence early in the application/company and we have had a successful partnership with Absorb since.
Trial period was great, and It let me plenty of time to try the different feature of the platform. However, when we decided to move forward, the ADOBE team was slow and not reactive at all. Actually after 2 years, I am still waiting for answers which is quite unacceptable.

mplementing Udemy Business typically involves setting up your organization’s account, integrating the platform with your existing systems, and customizing learning paths to align with business goals. Administrators can create tailored learning journeys by combining Udemy courses, custom content, and external resources, making it easy to onboard teams or upskill employees for specific projects. The process is supported by an intuitive user interface, seamless system integration, and access to customer success partners who help ensure your learning programs are effective and aligned with organizational objectives. Analytics and reporting tools provide actionable insights to monitor engagement and adjust learning strategies as needed, resulting in a flexible and impactful workforce development solution
Absorb offers a more flexible and robust experience for managing learning ecosystems. The user interface is more modern and provides a stronger user-centric learning experience. Absorb is at parity for social learning, which most learning platforms struggle with. The admin capabilities within Absorb are stronger than those of each of these providers. The notifications are strong, too.

360 keeps up the Adobe learning manager. It even outclasses it in certain parts, but with a huge stalwart tech giant like Adobe, it is hard to keep up. Many of the features are present, but there's always that final touch missing. And it is always trying to play catchup.

n a scale of 1-10, Udemy Business’s contract terms and pricing structure would rate around 8. The pricing is transparent, with the Team Plan costing $360 per user annually for 2-20 users, while Enterprise plans for 21+ users are custom-priced through sales negotiation. Billing is typically annual and prepaid, which may limit flexibility but supports predictable budgeting. Additional fees apply for certain add-ons like Udemy Business Pro and language-specific course collections. Overall, the pricing is competitive and scalable for organizations of various sizes.
We have already scaled our LMS from a couple hundred users to 1000 users and have plans to scale even larger. We use the LMS across multiple internal departments. countries and user types. Absorb has made it easy to integrate and scale and we will continue to scale in the near future.

On a scale of 1-10, Udemy Business rates a strong 9 for overall scalability. Its enterprise-ready features, such as customizable learning paths, advanced group management, API integrations, and multi-language support, enable seamless deployment across departments and global sites. We work directly with Kirsten Spak, who has continuously provided timely and quality help for myself as the lead and our organization. Kirsten has helped us ensure that we are going about things as efficiently and is always willing to walk through things to demonstrate suggestions and functions. As we look to expand our offerings further, Kirsten has helped strategize for the best approach, which has helped our workflow and the end-user experience. As we are still relatively new users, but using the LMS every day, Kirsten has been very patient and provided clear instruction on processes when we were unsure of what to do and has been able to troubleshoot, with her team, functions that were desired but not availability at the time, to provide us with solutions.

Based on user reviews and industry analysis, Udemy Business’s professional services are generally rated between 7 and 8 out of 10. Users appreciate the platform’s onboarding support, training resources, and customer service commitment, but some have noted slow response times and less comprehensive support compared to competitors. Overall, professional services are solid but may not match the depth offered by more specialized enterprise learning vendors.
We used Absorb LMS to track Annual Safety Training to ensure compliance with inspectors and ensure our teammates understand the risks and how to mitigate them safely. We were never able to track this before and thus, we simply didn't have mandatory annual training.
A huge drawback prior to implementation of Absorb LMS was our inability to offer more than our 40 purchased e-courses to our employees. These were mostly safety and equipment based courses, so we didn't have any soft skill development happening. Now we have hundreds of courses available from the Absorb library that cover the safety aspects, but we also have dozens of leadership courses, communication and influence courses, etc. It has been a huge gamechanger for our employees and their development opportunities! When I look at our course library, there are 400 courses, which over 300 being available through Absorb library (the other 80+ were made using Absorb Create).
