It is much better to prospect brands and find appropriate contacts at a parent account, and not such a strong suit for agencies.

If you're going for scale with personalization, Outreach is the tool for you. If all you're going for is scale, you could use any tool for this. I love the custom fields that you can change for each prospect you're reaching out to. It allows us to be more customer centric with our emails

Very easy adoption. We had great support from Adam throughout the process. Outreach was very intuitive to use and the team quickly picked up how to run their business on the platform.

I have yet to have a negative experience with support. They are friendly, act like human beings, are smart, well trained, know where to find the answers, and are overall the most pleasing support team I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Alternatives Considered

Winmo allows more dynamic and functional searches, and puts agency and brand contacts in one place. It also allows exports based on spend and in general, is much more dynamic of a software.

Only Salesforce, and I've only been using it for a few months. I do like how I can sync up Outreach and Salesforce with ease. Since Salesforce is new to me, I've found it easier to input all of the info into Outreach, then export it out to SF. This is much easier for me now than figuring out how to do it all in SF alone.
