AdDataExpress is mainly used for organizing and targeting our lead sources. It helps keep track of the statuses [of] our potential contacts and business partners. We have strong needs to hit sales targets and this tool helps in that regard. Keeping track of how much we are spending per lead source is also very helpful.

We use both AdDataExpress and Salesforce, but trying to figure out Salesforce in this way is very convoluted and the way AdDataExpress is set up makes things much simpler to keep track of. AdDataExpress keeps [focusing] on doing the things that it is made of, while Salesforce can do a bit of everything.
