Likelihood to Recommend BambooHR is well suited for corporate type of organization. For example, the performance reviews are great, but if something more tailored to the restaurant side were quick and easy, that would be awesome. Timekeeping, as I mentioned, could be a bit more automated. Customer service is top-notch!
Read full review If your company needs to move into becoming completely electronic, as well as the option of having it being remote if needed, this is the way to go. ClearCompany will hold your hand and help you every step of the way to becoming just that! It can be a difficult task to change so much but having their team to meet with you weekly until you have everything up and running was the best experience I could have asked for.

It has a powerful system for managing user permissions to allow supervisors access to necessary areas and limit the access of employees. It provides a very useful set of auditing tools and reports, both for tracking changes to employee profiles and who made the changes. It allows us to effectively manage and track candidates workflows and status within the onboarding process. This helps us effectively communicate and keep hooks in the candidate without having them fall through the cracks. ClearCompany is able to customize and report to fit our company. We are in a particular industry where our time to fill, hiring costs and other metrics vary from time to time. In order to get an accurate report, ClearCompany has gone above and beyond to customize our reports and give us the data we need with a click of a button. ClearCompany is always in constant communication and willing to assist. The feedback from the support team is almost instantaneous. I have the direct number to my customer care agent and her manager as well. It's nice to know they are there to help at a moment's notice. The support team has a great chat feature that allows me to send a message while i'm on the phone. They are quick to respond and always friendly. In addition, the employee ease of access and navigation of the platform makes this software crucial within our current culture of multi-site and remote work environments.
Read full review Usability It’s a very user-friendly interface. It is modern and easy on the eyes. It is simple and not overloaded with too much detail. It is not overwhelming, and it is visually insightful for all types of learners and workers. The backend is also just as simple to use and visualize.
Read full review Reliability and Availability Yes, there is a huge team in the back of the online platform or it looks like it because I have never been left without an answer when I have a question or waiting from a response on my chat .... There must be a huge team, this is so great and I always seem to have someone that is very knowledgeable too. So many times in the past I had to leave with customer service that would connect you with someone else because of the expertise, here everyone seems to be some kind of an expert in the HR function.
Read full review Performance I love BambooHR. Reports are easy to run and download and it usually covers any types of requests I get from the management team. You get excel or .csv downloads/reports and it is fast and simple, not too crowded so it is easy to read through. We don't integrate the tool yet but again, soon we will. we just did not had the time to utilize it yet but that's the plan.

During our time with BambooHR we did not experience many issues, but initial support on setup was helpful and allowed for a quick turnaround on getting started. Since then, few needs have arisen for contacting support, but I would not hesitate to do so and would recommend BambooHR based on the quality of their support team.

They have provided great support throughout the last 2 years of me using the system. Read full review Online Training The online training team is great. Theis is so well done! very user friendly, very nice to go through. Then you get all those exemples and questions to test you and make sure you understand the training as we go along. This is a great asset from the tool, I don't think I have ever been left without understanding because there is help and additional resources to understand or extra windows that explain terms or answer Q&A.

Read full review Alternatives Considered Although there are many products in the marketplace, there is no perfect system. BambooHR is the most economical HRIS for a small business, start-up, or business that has never had HR software. BambooHR was selected for its affordable functionality. However, if they continue to ingore the lack of functionality the pretty package will no longer have any value.
Read full review No comparison. It's apples to oranges when comparing. Clear Company is well-rounded and willing to collaborate to make it right for each company. Most other platforms make you adapt to the product they think is best without individual company needs in mind.
Read full review Contract Terms and Pricing Model Since my organization has dropped with employees, I always find ways to reduce costs. I thought there would be a cheaper option, but I was glad that my package included a lot for the price, and downgrading would cost more. The rep could have let me downgraded and taken me to a higher package. I am thankful that didn't happen.
Read full review Scalability There is so much you can do with this platform, it is incredible and so welcoming. We don't utilize it 100% yet just because we are growing and the HR team has not been able to concentrate on other areas offered to us but but we will soon. Which is also why we got the product, specifically because what BambooHR can do to help us meet our growing business needs.
Read full review Return on Investment It's been a great force multiplier for our HR staff, supplementing their skills to allow them to focus on more complex tasks. Employees enjoy using it and have to talk to HR staff less with the self-service options. You may find as your organization grows that you outgrow a module or BambooHR and will replace with a dedicated solution. Read full review ClearCompany has some helpful options our company has utilized, but overall it has been very hard to get past some of the user interfaces that aren't functional or getting speedy responses when something isn't operational. ClearCompany has custom reports that help us strategize our recruitment efforts, but we have had many instances where the reports do not pull data from the system which has lead to confusion or decisions being made with incomplete information. ClearCompany has multiple avenues to contact them or get help, but they are not always effective because of the completion time frame varies. Read full review ScreenShots
