I like BambooHR it's easy to find things and we can just filter by certain areas we want to see them. Don't necessary see the whole picture and just narrow done to certain areas. I selected BambooHR and test it out with other employees they all agree that it's easy to use and …
Bamboo is a great and cheaper entry option for an HRIS. Good starting point, but you may need to upgrade to a more featured platform as you get larger and have bigger initiatives
BambooHR offers amenities that ADP doesn't even have on its radar. ADP requires you to have numerous other softwars to manage everything that goes into running a business, BambooHR has everything in one place.
One of the dealerships in our group uses DealerPilot instead of BambooHR. Bamboo is significantly easier to use, and if there is a change, their support team is 10 times more helpful and effective than DealerPilot.
BambooHR was a significant cost savings for us compared to Paylocity. As we compared both systems, Paylocity might have a few more bells and whistles, but BambooHR's simplicity and price tag made It a much better fit for us as we transitioned to an HRIS and payroll platform.
We only started to look at Employee Navigator to replace our current benefits platform, which will no longer be offered for use in the future. It seems that Employee Navigator works like BambooHR in many ways. We ultimately chose BambooHR because we were able to do a real-time …
Onboarding/offboarding is a much better workflow in BambooHR. Timesheet entry, as well as document retention, is also preferred in BambooHR. We use the different platforms for different reasons. It appears that BambooHR has additional capabilities that we have not learned …
I have previously used a small local payroll provider in my area. BambooHR is superior in almost every category. The one area where BambooHR lags behind is the lack of import functionality for commission employees and integration with certain retirement plan administrators for …
BambooHR provides the right functionality that cuts across the three similar products I've used.
If I'm using Sequoia as a PEO, I have to use their platform in addition to BambooHR. This is especially necessary with a non-US workforce, which Sequoia doesn't support.
BambooHR is much for user friendly and easy to use for everyone. It has more useful features that work well for our needs. Report building is more simplified. The Support team are much more interactive and reachable.
I did not select BambooHR, it was already in use and it works well for the size of the company so there is no reason to change it. Paylocity has better payroll functionality but is lacking on the HRIS side, so BambooHR and Paylocity are somewhat comparable. In my opinion, avoid …
Bamboo has an intuitive design and covers many HR functions well. It is a great fit for small—to mid-size companies because of its detailed reporting, functionality, and price.
Not listed here is Staff File Pro, which we used, and it was not user-friendly at all. We also did it old school with paper files and Excel spreadsheets, along with old-school signatures. A lot of these things were difficult to manage, and a lot of duplication was created. …
BambooHR is much better. I often found TriNet had limited info and tools. We did not bother using it for timesheets or time off requests because it was just too annoying. It was also annoying to navigate. Many links to resources took you off the website. Bamboo includes …
