It is great when you have a lot of clients and names to track. It is very easy to update and manage as well as it is great that others can see your notes. It is less appropriate for doing large blasts as it isn't as user-friendly for that. Also tracking each employee's activity is very challenging as a manager it is not very easy to see exactly what their statistics are.

    A solid 8 from my perspective, a tool all small businesses should try out before venturing into the world of larger CRM solutions as this gives you the best entry point into the CRM solution world with ideas about all the modules that are required the most.     In terms of overall usability, SAP Sales Cloud can initially be a hectic task to get acquainted with the platform but the dashboard is quite intuitive and easy to navigate. Although, there should be more training modules that can help new employees to get on board with the platform easily.

    Bigin by Zoho CRM has a 24 hours help desk, with well informed professionals, and they constantly listen and solve what ails the users. More so, often, new releases in the form of documentations regarding the software updates are made and revealed, making the beginners learn. The dashboard of Bigin is very basic, with well set operational features and by simply clicking any of them, the results are instantly revealed.

    I'm rating it a 7 right now but, a year ago, it would have been 10. Customer service had deteriorated since they moved to SAP umbrella. No information about acquisition/transition. Our CSM, RSM all are no longer a part of this new group and support queries take weeks to close

    Bullhorn was a much better platform that Zoho, but Zoho is more affordable. Salesforce was very complicated, but Bullhorn was amazing at customization, specific full cycle tracking, as well as it was an all in one so you could do the recruiting cycle, sales cycle, billing and HR functions all in one whereas with Zoho they don't talk to each other and you have to have a different system for each process so it isn't all-in-one and accessible like other programs.

    The biggest plus point with SAP Sales cloud is that it is accessible irrespective of the geography and devices and other such complexities. One can monitor their processes from anywhere which makes it ideal for large organizations that are looking for innovative on cloud solutions.
