Bridge LMS, Skills & Performance Management
Chose Bridge LMS, Skills & Performance Management
Bridge Learning Platform integrates smoothly into our HRIS system. I have used Bridge with both Ceridian Dayforce and UKG and the integration is seamless with both programs. There is a high level of customizability with regards to the data import/export capabilities of Bridge. …
Chose Bridge LMS, Skills & Performance Management
I have not used many competing software to Bridge. Most other companies use and manage this training manually. This can cause a lot of headache. BirdDogHR is a software with a similar goal to Bridge, I found the user interface to be very hard to navigate and there is basically …
Chose Bridge LMS, Skills & Performance Management
Bridge was more intuitive, flexible, user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing.
Chose Bridge LMS, Skills & Performance Management
Bridge is more open and more compliant with modern technologies than other systems we looked into. Some of them wouldn't run SCORM 2004 (only 1.2). Others wouldn't give back the SCORM data we fed to the system. Bridge also had the simplest interface out of any of the systems we …
Chose Bridge LMS, Skills & Performance Management
I didn't have any hand in selecting Bridge; I just use it at work. But I find that it works well for my team's purposes. We have a private space to work, as well as public (to our organization) areas where forms can be filled out, etc, by other employees and departments who …
Chose Bridge LMS, Skills & Performance Management
We haven't used any other products like Bridge. It is working well for us though!
Chose Bridge LMS, Skills & Performance Management
Bridge provides a much simpler user experience. Bridge Learn has remained true to its user focus...even at the expense or frustration of the administrator. Our high user adoption rate is proof that Bridge Learn is working for our organization.
Chose Bridge LMS, Skills & Performance Management
Easier to use and didn't have all the bells and whistles that we didn't need.
Chose Bridge LMS, Skills & Performance Management
Bridge is much more modern and intuitive. It is easy to use as an author and even easier as a user. The system looks clean and concise.
Chose Bridge LMS, Skills & Performance Management
Our previous LMS was Symphony. Hands down, there is no comparison. Switching to Bridge was the best decision made by our management team. All we used Symphony for was for our monthly compliance training. Many times people would complain that they would need to retake their …
Chose Bridge LMS, Skills & Performance Management
We love having better insight on our data at every level!
Chose Bridge LMS, Skills & Performance Management
The API capabilities puts you way ahead of the others we have evaluated. You did not have on your list CourseMill LMS or NetExam LMS which are the two LMS systems we have used over the past 11 years. Bridge is so much more interactive and user friendly. Your on-boarding …
Chose Bridge LMS, Skills & Performance Management
Bridge was the obvious choice. I started exploring Canvas and discovered that the university was testing Bridge for possible acquisition. I became an early adopter and user. The single sign-on and integration with PeopleSoft data were huge.
Chose Bridge LMS, Skills & Performance Management
Customer service is much more responsive.
Chose Bridge LMS, Skills & Performance Management
We vetted over 20 LMS providers 3 years ago when we looked to partner with Bridge. I can attest that there is not a better solution on the market that is built with the end user at the center of design and implementation.
Chose Bridge LMS, Skills & Performance Management
Easy to use from start to finish - all of the features are already there.
Chose Bridge LMS, Skills & Performance Management
Bridge is the first LMS we have used that solves all of our business needs. It has a much better UX than Topyx. More flexible authoring tool than Brainshark. And better admin features than Higher Logic.
Chose Bridge LMS, Skills & Performance Management
I really like their offerings, very cutting edge and almost too far out to convince Leadership to adapt to, but it's where we should be going.
Chose Bridge LMS, Skills & Performance Management
None
Chose Bridge LMS, Skills & Performance Management
We looked at Ruzuku and Lightspeed VT also. Ruzuku lacked some features we considered 'must haves'. Lightspeed VT is a very powerful program but too expensive.
Chose Bridge LMS, Skills & Performance Management
I've used Learnwise, Bridge is more friendly and fast.
Litmos
Chose Litmos
Before Litmos, our organization tracked everything manually using Excel.
Chose Litmos
Litmos seems to be more robust in the content offerings and the overall look and feel of the platform is much better.
Chose Litmos
Litmos had better compatibility with Salesforce and had better perfomance
Chose Litmos
The cost was a big factor when choosing the LMS. The ease of use was another. The learner UI is very easy to navigate. You can create courses without needing to purchase separate authoring tools.
Chose Litmos
This is my first role in the L&D sector but have previously used FUSE and Litmos has more engaging and consistant branding across the platform and easier navigation options.
Chose Litmos
Litmos was the easiest to use for our learners, which tipped the scales. The other platforms are easier for Franchise users, but our highest priority is the learner, so Litmos won.
Chose Litmos
We liked the higher support with rolling out the LMS that Litmos offered.
Chose Litmos
Docebo has a much better look and feel, but it is expensive and harder to use for ADM's.
Chose Litmos
We use articulate 360 in conjunction with Litmos. We find that Rise 360 provides a better development process and learner experience compared to built in Litmos content authoring tool. However we find the Litmos assessment tool is great for very basic assessments. It allows us …
Chose Litmos
In all my years here at NAVBLUE (7+) we have never had the need to review any other LMS. Even Airbus wanted us to review Litmos with them as they are trying to move away from Cornerstone on Demand for their customer training.
Chose Litmos
More available on the platform
Content further up to date and more engaging
reporting on Litmos is more informative however not as popular as more difficult to create reports
Chose Litmos
There are a ridiculous number of products on the market, each with their own merits. Litmos stands out amongst them all as it packs decent functionality, quality content, outstanding UX and awesome customer service all within a healthy contract pricing. If you want something …
Chose Litmos
Ten years ago we were looking for a simpler, less expensive solution than the traditional LMS vendors. And we didn't need grades or transcripts or complex course scheduling or registration. Since then I know a lot more competitors have come out, but we've ben so happy with …
Chose Litmos
Litmos has been more robust for us in terms of reporting as well as course organization. We also have the ability to use a subsite (another instance of Litmos) for groups outside of our main organization.
Chose Litmos
We selected Litmos in 2018 against My Trailhead from Salesforce. Litmos won out because My Trailhead was not well built out at the time and the Litmos sales team was good. We have always evaluated over the years with Absorb, Mindtickle, etc. and have elected to keep Litmos. …
Chose Litmos
The others are more robust and reporting is superior. They have had AI for longer and have more experience. Content from other vendors is more robust compared to Litmos and taught by experts in the field. Learning can be tied to specific skills and as part of the L&D strategy. …
Chose Litmos
Most experiences with other products were through Demo access while evaluating potential LMS for purchasing in 2023-2024.

Litmos was more on the user-friendly side and had a cleaner learner interface.
Chose Litmos
Litmos has a more engaging interface and a more robust content authoring tool that allows for creating exportable learning course formats like SCORM. Litmos also has a much more streamlined and effective progress and completing reporting engine. In addition, Litmos has an …
Chose Litmos
Litmos provide a combination option for both of listed above LMS.
Chose Litmos
We have used Litmos-generated courses and have enjoyed them very much.
Chose Litmos
I used Compliancewire at my previous company, and I loved the reporting functionality. We were regulated both federally and globally, so that was really important to us. With Litmos, I do feel like the user interface is much better, and that users have a better experience. I …
Chose Litmos
Most of the others we've looked at or have experience with are primarily focused on internal training. They lack critical functionality like a strong commerce engine.
Chose Litmos
We are legacy Litmos customers and have seen a lot of growth from Litmos, especially in the last 12 to 18 months. As we researched others, we found that Litmos could do the majority of the things others did at a more reasonable cost, and save us the headache of having to switch …
Thought Industries
Chose Thought Industries
Thought industries allowed us to create multiple customized portals in the price point we needed.
Chose Thought Industries
We selected Thought Industries over these three competitors, even though Thought Industries was more expensive. Their partnership in scaling was better and their integrations were stronger.
Chose Thought Industries
Thought Industries provided an experience that was a quality match for both traditional learners and Learning Management Systems and where the learning world was going (at the time of purchase). What it could do for both Education and Sales combined is the key factor that drew …
Chose Thought Industries
Thought Industries is better on the financial side and as far as ease of use. It is more affordable than Docebo and is more aligned to an external customer use case. Docebo and Tovuti seemed to be more for internal training. Tovuti was less expensive, but it was a little harder …

Bridge is suited for scenarios where you need ppl to complete steps in order or test that they received the correct amount of knowledge after watching a video. I do think Bridge is less appropriate for companies that use it in external training scenarios as there is some key functionality missing. We gotten very good at brainstorming and finding solutions/ways to get Bridge to work the way that we need it to

Limos is great for introducing a topic, and taking refreshrs yearly on info already know. Some courses are better suited to a live course, with discussion and questions. We support people with complex medical needs, and review with a nurse is critical.

Currently, there are a lot of good things about the platform. Thought Industries I believe can do B2B, B2C, and Internal Training really well. The Panorama allows for segmentation of users and cohorts also provides great flexibility for whatever education business you are providing. It is more modern and sleek than a good amount of traditional LMSs that are used for K-12 or Higher Ed. Mobile and the lack of Phone or Chat Support is where they can greatly improve as other improvements are made based on user feedback and prioritized accordingly.

Pros
  • Superb Customer Support: Getting help from Bridge is so accessible; whether it's via our customer relations rep, the chat or email option. I know I can always get immediate help when I need it.
  • Events: The Bridge annual conference is a wonderful way to connect with Bridge and other companies who use it to get inspired and share ideas.
  • Constantly improving: Every Bridge comes out with additions and improvements to make the user experience better.

  • Litmos is simple and straightforward for learners to use
  • Litmos' look and feel are highly customizable through javascript and stylesheets
  • Litmos' API is fairly easy to use and complete
  • Litmos makes launching and deploying training in the field and the office easy and quick

  • Ecommerce: The eCommerce options on Thought Industries are far better than any other LMS. You can sell subscriptions, one-time products, and even physical products.
  • Note-taking: The ability for users to take notes and journal is a key feature as a lot of our customers are teachers and they are learning the Bible and may want to go back and integrate their notes in other lessons.
  • The ability to handle video and audio is exceptional, especially how the video files can be stored in Wistia.
  • The panorama feature is helpful as we have many products that we white label and now, we can create courses for those customers as well.

Cons
  • There is a 'language' that is used by Bridge staff which takes some getting used to. So many terms are 'tech speak' and it does take some extra time to learn those terms.
  • The menus and links to reports, etc. are not as intuitive as they could be. I find myself frustrated at times trying to navigate. I don't automatically relate terms like 'insights' and 'instance' in the way they are used by Bridge.
  • I've asked for a notification via email when a user completes the program. I recognize that this has been a work in progress but it seems like it should be a relatively simple fix.
  • Initially, Bridge provided sessions which were designed to educate a new user on every aspect of everything Bridge has to offer. Much of this was a waste of time in our case. The training sessions should have asked first what we intended to do and provided only the information needed to get us going. We needed only a push in the right direction, not an overview of every possibility we may encounter.

  • I generally feel that any challenges I experience are due to the vast flexibility the platform has. My gut tells me that my minor issues are actually a result of certain functionality needing to be there to meet the needs of other customers, and it's not Litmos' fault that my specific workflow doesn't fit exactly into their functionality. It's a matter of me determining how I can update my workflow to fit the feature set.

It has been very useful to our organization in getting compliance training complete. We have a 24/7/365 organization with some folks only working 2 days a week during the summer only, many work full-time jobs elsewhere and can't make weekday programs and facilities don't have to alter schedules to get mass numbers of people through training like you have to do with live training..

For what we need in the very near future, Litmos does not offer us the required capability. Ideally, we are looking for an integrated LMS, coaching, mobile support and content creation platform. Litmos may have the LMS part covered but there are other platforms that do this better along with providing an integrated all-in-one service or at the very least support API integration with other vendors to meet our requirements.

If I could give it a negative rating I would. Worst support from any program I have had. Everything is back and forth in the support ticket. The one time I tried to chat they could not support the question. Their support page is so full of sections and products I can never find anything I need, even with a customized home page. I was hopeful that once they left SAP support might improve but it has not. I don't even know who my account executive is. Nobody has ever reached out to me. I need someone to guide me through best practices for our company and there is nobody to do that.

Our onboarding was awesome. Attentive, responsive, knowledgeable and very helpful in us getting our initial internal portal up and running. Support is typically pretty responsive to issues as they arise, although slow to correct an issue/problem unless it effects the overall function of the system

Some of the best online training I've taken from any LMS platform. It was well put together and kept me engaged the entire time. It has a good amount of HR Compliance mixed with soft skills training that the team liked. Overall, it has a robust online suite of training that any company can use.

Our challenges were internal - nothing with Bridge. We had regular, productive meetings with our implementation representative.

The company received a change in learning style from the old to this newer style. From our perspective, it was just a case of swapping out the scores and adjusting the language. The initial show-and-tell about the library we could use and how to use the materials was instrumental. From the learner's perspective, it was all very self-explanatory.

Our previous LMS was Symphony. Hands down, there is no comparison. Switching to Bridge was the best decision made by our management team. All we used Symphony for was for our monthly compliance training. Many times people would complain that they would need to retake their compliance course as Symphony would lose records. It became a hassle having to retake a course because you didn't save a copy of the completion certificate. Bridge allows for more than just compliance training AND we are able to see if learners didn't complete their courses via the reports.

Overall we find that Litmos' capability to organize folks by "Teams" is adequate for our needs... though there are some limitations, especially when it comes to supervisory staff being able to assign content to their employees. It would be nice for hierarchal assignments to be possible (directors being able to assign content to their direct reports... AND those under them).
