ZipRecruiter is current. Monster.com and CareerBuilder.com were used in the past. As far as amount of applicant flow, Indeed.com is head and shoulders above the others. We get a lot of applicants that are not qualified at all, but that happens with any job board.
We use Indeed for the maximum amount of time for job postings since it does its job best. The sourcing of resumes using various filter processes is unique. We can communicate with candidate interns without revealing our originality.

When compared to the dice portals, Indeed.com is more cost and work effective. Most of the candidate details were not available in the dice where as Indeed.com has the more detail about the candidates and give more insight.

We did not see a large amount of applications in comparison to Indeed.
The applications did not turn in to actual employees. We were more often than not ghosted by the candidates, even though the team followed up with them in a timely manner.
It would be nice if Monster could autofill resumes from applicants from information they provide once.
Applicants complain about having to fill in all of the fields for their applications - even though they have submitted their resumes.
As an applicant, it would be nice to have greater transparency and updates for when a submitted application is shared, opened, or reviewed. Otherwise there can be a sense of being "ghosted" after having applied and not hearing back.
CareerBuilder.com is average in terms of overall usability. I am able to post my positions and figure the site out. However, finding out how many additional options you are is not something easily accessible. If you don't know where to look, you may not be able to find or know how many "boosts" you have to use for the month.
Indeed does its job best in job postings, Sourcing resumes, and internal communication where our personal details can't be enclosed. Various filters help us source the particular resume.

I have had a positive experience with CareerBuilder's support. When the platform has been updated throughout the years, CareerBuilder's account managers have always provided our team with helpful live tutorials and demonstrations to help familiarize our users with new and upcoming features, as well as older features that will no longer be offered. I haven't had to use Customer Service much for Indeed.com but the few times I've had encounters they have been very nice and helpful. There are separate helplines for job seekers and employers. The response time is less compared to other customer support organizations that are out there. Higher turnover in general for the positions we have hired for from Indeed which in some instances can hinder productivity. It is important to know that when using Indeed, you are getting volume/quantity and not necessarily top-performing employees.
It seems like the employees found on Indeed are constantly job hunting even when currently employed.
For our large-scale hiring, Indeed, all in all has had a positive impact as we are always able to fill the positions due to the large pool of resumes always on hand.
