If you have an in-house expert, then this product, due to its customization abilities, is a great choice for a CRM. However, due to Creatio's low-code approach, there are areas where end-users can make their own changes and customizations without the need for a developer. One such case is building out team dashboards for real-time reporting.

Quick Base

Quick Base is great for companies struggling to run their business off of spreadsheets. It's also perfect for companies who operate in niche industries or have complex requirements that can't be met by an off the shelf solutions.Most use cases are for business who intend to use the app internally to improve business processes. Creating applications that are intended to be used primarily by customers wouldn't be the best fit.

  • The system is really easy to use. Users pick it up & love it immediately.
  • Support is superb: If we have any issues or want to change the system at all, the team is always there helping by being fast, efficient & friendly

Quick Base

  • Quick Base is easy to change, allowing us to adapt to our clients' changing needs. It's even so easy that sometimes project managers can make the changes themselves, rather than relying on a person dedicated to software development.
  • We don't have to worry about hosting and security. We can simply use it and share it with collaborators without going through all the red tape of exposing an internal server to outside parties.
  • The features of Quick Base allow us to do almost everything we need natively, so there's rarely a need to build custom solutions or hire third-party developers.

  • Having more marketplace solutions that add to the system’s functionality would be great.
  • We look forward to further enhancements in ML (even though Creatio already has some AI-powered solutions in place).
  • We would also like to see some improvements to the customer portal.

We have gone w-a-y beyond that with analytics, project management, system bug logging, and historical effort reporting.

I gave it a 10, but it should be a 9.99. They do a nice job of keeping the application running. The application can drag a bit when you have thousands of users accessing the application concurrently. We experienced this with large scale implementations.

The reason I'm not satisfied fully was not Quick Base's fault, but an internal problem. We were under funded, under staffed and users were allowed to avoid the system if they wanted. The amazing success that anyone used it should be looked at as Quick Base's strength

The system’s UI, rich functionality, and a great potential for scalability made the system stand out among other vendors. It is a fully-fledged solution that allowed us to work with customer data way more efficiently and improve our processes on a regular basis.

Quick Base

Quick Base is a live database that is updated as users input data into it - SharePoint was previously used and we needed to push data into our SharePoint folder in order to update the data. It presented the challenge of multiple users being able to access and modify different records at the same time.

  • bpm'online is a bit pricey, so utilizing it in place of other tools to help on your ROI is important.
  • Users are seeing the value of a consolidated information source and buy-in is quicker than it was with Salesforce or GoldMine.
  • The automation of internal notifications when particular fields are marked has increased productivity and decreased human error overall.

  • Elimination of multiple points for data entry is the first impact that we have realized. This time saver is measurable and quite impactfull, it provides opportunity for people to spend their time on more valuable tasks.
  • Business process is something we are continually striving to streamline and improve and quite possibly eliminate is valuable to the business.
  • Some things are not as easily measurable because of the additional functionality which we did not have prior to QuickBase.
