Overall Satisfaction with Quickbase

We use Quick Base for internal and external purposes. Internally, we use it to manage the details of the employee and all the billing-related activities. Externally, we use it for our clients, for operation-related solutions and smooth business process.
  • Quick Base helps us with workflow-related activities.
  • Quick Base is a no-code or low-code application, so nontechnical people can also use it.
  • Quickbase application helps to send the email automatically to more than 200 people within one click
  • Quick Base is currently giving sync features to very limited applications where they should increase.
  • Quick Base is also giving facility for mobile applications but the summary report is not working there.
  • Quickbase need to improve on Dashboard side where we can see the dashboard professionally.
  • Yes it is a positive impact.
In Power BI, we can only create a dashboard, but in Quick Base, we can create a dashboard and also input the data in the form.

We got desired outcomes as client is managing the calculation things on spreadsheet and not they managing all the things on Quickbase where they can get real time data
Yes. Quickbase help us in many ways in terms of internal and external clients too where we can manage the application fast and easily.
Quick Base is a low-code application, so it is easy to use for the nontechnical people. But sometimes, using the API there can be difficult.
Last week only I updated one of our client application as per their new requirement to add in the application and it went very good without any issue and client is also happy with it
This is application is full of security in terms of the data as it i using encryption on the database. As the Quick Base save the data on the cloud so there there will be no harm to data.
I have used Pipeline as it gives me two way integration i.e from Quickbase to Quickbook online and vice versa. Here recently we have also integrated Microsoft share point with Quickbase for automation process it is working very smoothly and effectively
Quick Base is helpful where there are workflow-related activities, such as in an HR application. Here Quickbase is very much useful where can get rid off of spread sheet and we can see the data on real time basis.

It is very easy to get training from their University portal and still if we don't know their, then we can ask their support too.
Quick Base already is having a separate portal of providing training to customers and it is very easy to use and updates as per the new features added in to the application
Yes it is easy to learn some basic functionality of this product without training but if you want to use advance then we need training for this product.

When i was working with urgent requirement of one of the client and I also have to provide the solution within an hour at that time i have quickly raised the query and i got support within 30 minutes and they have solved my query

Quick Base give very good facility for integration with multiple platform using pipeline features we can easily integrate more that 15 platform including sales force and Jira. It also gives very smooth integration to connect with this application without any issue. Here recently we have also integrated Microsoft share point with Quickbase for automation process it is working very smoothly and effectively
