Custify vs. Keatext vs. PG Forsta HX Platform

Two big use cases where it's very well suited: onboarding of our clients and churn prevention. It just saves me so much time and helps me recommend more strategic suggestions. At the end of the day I can see my productivity being a lot higher than before having Custify.

Keatext is adequate and competent for the study of texts, phrases and words in the professional area; to deliver a different approach to customer feedback to provide alternatives that shorten response times; the end goal is to respond proactively and adjust acceptable policies.

They have done a good job at helping us maintain the integrity of the project while transitioning to a completely new platform. Our Voice of the Customer program happens to consist of multiple surveys within one "master" so I guess logistically it could be considered complex

• 360 degree view of anything that has to do with a single account, including health score history across many elements, all the lifecycles of that account, different usage and adoption trends on multiple users in the same account, and more.
• Getting multiple health scores and trends on one screen.

• You can detect or analyze feelings in French, Italian, Arabic, and English.
• You can classify text and comments in different languages.
• Easy to use for both professionals and non-professionals.
• Use analytics to gain deep insight into what's happening on social media platforms.
• Simple interface.

• Confirmit has a fairly shallow learning curve allowing someone with no experience to be able to create a simple survey with not much time invested in training.
• Confirmit also has the flexibility to be used in very advanced ways. Whether modifying the display/page content's layout or modifying input types with jQuery, it is incredibly adaptable.
• Confirmit (with v. 18) now collects data in a true SQL database which is far more robust and easy to administrate than some other methods of data storage.

• There was a problem integrating our CRM at first, and to be honest, I almost switched to another product because it's a big deal for us, but they got it worked out significantly faster than any of us guessed it would take, so we stayed, and I'm glad it worked out.
• The main data point still missing is global revenue. I reached out and they said it's in the works. The software is making us money, so we're staying and hope this works out as fast as the CRM issue.

• It is only available in French, Arabic, Spanish and English. I really would love it to be in the Hindi language.

• Ensure correct data collection. This is Confirmit's main goal, and which sometimes fails to succeed.
• Integrated data back-up service. It would be great if we could look at the data from a couple days previous.
• Interactive layout creator. Current layout creator is really "squared" as we say, it needs more flexibility with all the incoming technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.

From my point of view Confirmit has been a key tool in our organization. Without it we can't deliver what we do at this moment. Confirmit has proved that is a reliable, stable and easy to use tool. The few issues we found (as far as I know) were sent to Confirmit support team and fix them. Patching the product has been done faster and without large downtime of the product

I like custify because it does exactly what you think it would. It's reliable and delivers quality organization and analytics for our usage. It's only downfall is it's lack of specific analytics and combination with sales tools that make customer transferring easy. Overall highly recommend using custify and are in a smaller business.

Confirmit is a very technical tool, it takes time for someone to get used to the interface, even when it could definitely be more intuitive or user friendly, this is part of Confirmit's strenghts that makes it one of the most robust data collection technologies out there.

Philipp has been there for us throughout the process. Very nice guy and a great help. He guided us in setting KPIs, goals, healthscores. Really gave us a lot more than we wanted. We also had some custom integrations and even though they did not support them, their team released a patch for our CRM so we could integrate it

The support team is responsive and I can tell that they are actually trying to help get to the heart of the issues before making us try every possible solution available. They ask the right questions and test things before coming back to us with proposals. I like the support team at Confirmit.

This software makes it easy to analyze your data and optimize your onboarding - maybe the easiest I've seen, but you've got to be willing to dig into its features and setting. And of course without their Concierge Onboarding this is not so easy.

We were using Freshdesk before using Keatext. When it comes to report & dashboard analysis Keatext provides advanced analytics options. Keatext provides high availability with integrations options of mail notifications & SMS notifications as well. Keatext provides chatbot options for auto-respond user queries.

Forsta has a strong product functionality and performance. Integration capabilities are fantastic and it has strong customer focus. Pre-existing relationships also helped in cracking this deal. People at Forsta are helpful and customer centric. Although cost is not highly competitive but it comes close to value for money. Competitors have quite a few functionalities but there are additional charges levied for them.

• Free to paid conversions have gone up, and we see more customers choosing premium options than before, since we're using the automatic workflows to make sure the trial is a lot more focused on helping them see results before they pay a single dollar.

• Keatext allows the creation of custom tests to meet the needs of each business.
• Automate UX research for scalability.
• Provides analytical data in addition to tracking user experience.

• I love Confirmit, the only negative is that my experience using any other program is always terrible in comparison.
• I had Confirmit rep come into the office and was disapointed that they didn't have much informaton on how to use it as a researcher in marking research, perhaps employing more internal marketing researchers would help that.
