Overall Satisfaction with Keatext

We are using Keatext for managing our user feedback & helpdesk tickets. Keatext provides us with a GUI Platform with a dashboard to manage all the things on one go. It provides us integrated Live chat feature to support users in real-time. Keatext provides easy integration with Zendesk & Survey websites as well for improvised user feedback. We can also manage the tickets according to the tags so that they can provide easy categorization. Keatext provides detailed reports & chart analysis that helps us manage & identify the issues & resolutions.

We were using Freshdesk before using Keatext. When it comes to report & dashboard analysis Keatext provides advanced analytics options. Keatext provides high availability with integrations options of mail notifications & SMS notifications as well. Keatext provides chatbot options for auto-respond user queries.
