I used a program called iCFM previously, which was more for budgetary analysis. It was not as detailed as Deltek Talent Management is which seems to cater more to team management and is a better option to use for such tasks. I have not used iCFM for about 3 years now so I am …
HRSmart would actually be my last choice of these (lynda.com isn't an ATS so it would come in ahead, but the training on Lynda.com is excellent). We are actually switching over to BirdDogHR based on functionality, price, usage and ease of use. HRSmart is an ok system, but there …
We are ending our relationship with HRSmart to move to a partnership with iCIMS. The experience with iCIMS thus far (we just launched implementation) has been far better than what we've seen from HRSmart in the 8 years I've used them.
We selected HRSmart at the time because they were the leading up and coming company offering a multi-functional talent management platform on one underlying database. The value proposition was that we were supposed to only have one integration between HRIS and HRSmart. The …
Bottom line is thIs: HR Smart offered a solution that did exactly what I needed. No other vendor even came close. The others thought, wrongly, that more=better.
I think HR Smart is comparable with other ATS solutions. Their support and assistance was timely, the system wasn't overly complicated and it simplified the sourcing process stem to stern.
Every system has something unique that sets it apart from the competition. We reviewed several ATS during the decision process. HRSmart provided us the ability to interface with the Oracle tracking system, background provider and offered learning and performance review modules …
To be one hundred percent truthful, I didn't get a chance to review the program before starting with the organization. I have worked with much better programs including Talea and Sendouts. I think the HRSmart is a cheap alternative and one that I was not impressed with in the …
the goal and review cycle alignment was superior to others. the price point was within our budget. And the employee recognition wasn't too over the top but also wasn't boring. we also looked at the clear company and a few others
We used SharePoint Forms to make customized forms for ourselves but it did not work well. Our IT needed to build a system from scratch with a help of an external developer team and they were simply not capable of creating something that complicated. Engagedly already has a …
Deltek Talent Management is the best way to know exactly what type of performance your employees are having. This platform is the best option to consider for those companies that constantly recruit new employees, since it has a functionality to monitor the performance of these new candidates, in addition, it allows to know if these new employees are fulfilling their activities, Deltek monitors fulfilling assignments on a daily basis. Deltek collects data in real time about the tasks performed by employees, performs an automated process to highlight employees who are performing better in their assignments, in addition, it has an excellent compensation system, capable of providing recognitions, certifications and labor bonuses to encourage "top" employees to continue performing their activities. I definitely recommend it for any company, it adapts quickly, it is easy to use and its panel is very simple.
Engagedly has a huge range of possibilities and we chose it because of all the functionalities it offers. I'm not marking my rating a 9 or 10 because of the UI. If you're an active user (e.g. in the people department) then you get used to the UI fast enough. However, if you only use it twice per year (like all our other users) it can be difficult to find what you need. That being said, Engagedly offers a truly broad range of HR-related functionalities and we're very happy about that!
Does what it says it can do. There are several systems out there that claim they can do something, but they either can't or they don't address it well.
Support Services from the providers of HRSmart (Monster).
Partnership with Monster has provided access to their database and resources.
Goal setting: Ability to set individual OKRs, department, business unit, and top-level department OKRs; ability to align goals by level, ability to see goal hierarchy, and see how individuals making progress in their OKR impacts the overall company progress.
Performance reviews: ability to set cycle and customize each cycle, manage cycle at the same time or independently; ability to invite external reviewer (outside of the organization) is a huge benefit.
Learning: All learning courses can be hosted in the system and assigned to individuals or groups; ability to run reports
Analytics and reporting capability: the new interface improves this capability a lot. Data can be zoomed in and out and presented visually for employees and managers
Timely response to service requests (some requests have taken MONTHS to get resolved).
More robust reporting.
More transparency with system upgrades without blaming the client for making changes to the back-end when the upgrade has adversely altered the current functionality.
Notifications - it would be better if individuals can customize what notifications to receive
Project review function - it would help if we can set up a review form that can be used any time of the year as many times as the reviewer want to use with more structure than the current feedback function (such as rating scale etc.)
It would be helpful if the mentor meeting function is included, not additional.
The reason I gave this rating as Engagedly shows us the tasks that are pending with the due date and also if the due date is nearing it sends us reminder emails to make sure we do not miss it. It is also helpful for new associates to know more about the organization hierarchy as documents are right shown on the home screen.
Absolutely! We love engagedly because we haven't faced any kind of lagging or such issues in website. It also has a convenient app through which you can access everything. They are very polite and address to each and every query relating to software which may cause hinderence in the process.
I used a program called iCFM previously, which was more for budgetary analysis. It was not as detailed as Deltek Talent Management is which seems to cater more to team management and is a better option to use for such tasks. I have not used iCFM for about 3 years now so I am unsure if that has been improved.

So far we have reduced turnover in the year that we have been using HRSmart (although can't be sure it is a causation relationship)
Some hiring managers are a little frustrated by the new processes, as individually they don't use the software enough to be familiar with it yet.
The ATS has allowed us to track information we weren't gathering before (such as referral sources for new hires) so we can focus our recruitment budget on the avenues that are giving us the most success.
